Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von beschichteten bzw. lackierten Behältern aus Metall zur Aufnahme von Nahrungs­ mitteln beschrieben, bei dem die Innenlackierung in der Weise erfolgt, daß zunächst ein Organosol auf PVC-Basis aufgetragen und dann 8 bis 15 Minuten bei 175 bis 225°C eingebrannt wird. Anschließend wird ein Epoxy-Phenol-Lack aufgetragen und ebenfalls 8 bis 15 Minuten bei 175 bis 225°C eingebrannt. Das Blech wird dann zu dem gewünschten Behälter geformt. Die Formung erfolgt vorzugsweise durch Tiefziehen und insbesondere DRD-Tiefziehen. Die Doppellackierung führt insgesamt zu verbesserten Eigenschaften der Innenlackierung und weist den besonderen Vorteil auf, daß sie Farbstoffe, die von Farbstoff abgebenden Füllgütern freigesetzt werden, nicht absorbiert und dadurch keine Fleckenbildung beim Entleeren des Behälters zeigt.
