Claims (1)
- Verstellbare Nietvorrichtung, mit einem Kopfabschnitt (1), einem Handgriff (6) und einem gabelähnlichen Preßarm (9), wobei der Kopfabschnitt (1) versehen ist mit einer vertikalen Durchgangsbohrung und einer schrägen Oberfläche (16), die eine Aussparung mit Gewindebohrungen (161) an vier Seiten und einer Durchgangsbohrung (17) in der Mitte besitzt, einem röhrenförmigen Element (11), das mit dem unteren Teil des Kopfabschnittes (1) einteilig ausgebildet ist, einem Hebel (2), der im Kopfabschnitt (1) angelenkt ist, zwei axialen Platten (4, 5), die an der Oberseite der schrägen Oberfläche (16) des Kopfabschnittes (1) fest angebracht sind, wobei die erste axiale Platte Blindbohrungen (42) für die Aufnahme von Druckfedern (43) und Stahlkugeln (44) aufweist, während die zweite axiale Platte entsprechende Rillen (52) besitzt, um die Druckfedern (43) und die Stahlkugeln (44) einzuschließen, einer Gewindebuchse (7) mit einem oberen Flansch, die sich durch die axialen Platten (4, 5) und den Kopfabschnitt (1) erstreckt und mittels einer Mutter (71) an ihrer Position gehalten wird, und einem Übertragungsstab (3), der sich durch die Gewindebuchse (7) erstreckt und mit zwei voneinander beabstandeten Flanschen (33, 34) versehen ist, wobei der Handgriff (6) an einem Ende mit einem Anschlag (63) und zwei vertikalen Armen (64) mit einer darin ausgebildeten gestuften Bohrung versehen ist und wobei der gabelförmige Preßarm (9) versehen ist mit einem vorderen gekrümmten Abschnitt (921), der am Handgriff (6) schwenkbar angebracht ist, einem hinteren gekrümmten Abschnitt (922), der mittels eines Stifts mit einer Buchse verbunden ist, sowie zwei gestuften Stiften, die in den gestuften Bohrungen des Kopfabschnittes (1) bzw. des Handgriffs (6) angeordnet sind und an ihrer Position mittels eines Halterings (212) gehalten werden, wobei die schräge Oberfläche (16) an einer Seite (14) des Kopfabschnittes (1) einen Winkel von 45° besitzt, der Handgriff (6) ein vorderes Ende mit einer Neigung von 45° besitzt und das vordere Ende des Handgriffs (6) an der schrägen Oberfläche (16) des Kopfabschnittes (1) so befestigt ist, daß der Kopfabschnitt gegen den Handgriff (6) um eine zur schrägen Oberfläche senkrechte Achse gedreht werden kann.
