Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Optimierung des Schleuderdrehzahl-Zeit-Profils von Haushaltwaschmaschinen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Sie betrifft speziell ein Verfahren für ein optimales Hochlaufen der Wäschetrommel während des Trockenschleuderns, dem letzten Schritt eines Waschmaschinenprogramms.The invention relates to a method and a device for optimizing the spin speed-time profile of household washing machines according to the preamble of claim 1. Bei bekannten Haushaltwaschmaschinen wird eine wäscheschonende Entwässerung durch Schleudern in mehreren Stufen mit steigender Wäschetrommel-Drehzahl erreicht. Die Schleuderenddrehzahlen liegen hier bei 850 bzw. bei maximal 1200 Umdrehungen pro Minute. Des weiteren ist aus der DE-OS 36 15 712 eine "Steuerschaltung für unterschiedliche Schleuderdrehzahlen einer Waschmaschine" bekannt. Auch hierbei werden in mehreren, beispielsweise vier Stufen die unterschiedlichen Schleuderdrehzahlen bis zum Erreichen der maximalen Drehzahl auf 1000 Umdrehungen pro Minute erhöht. Die Laufzeit pro Drehzahlwert beträgt jeweils gleichbleibend eine Minute so daß die maximale Schleuderdrehzahl nach ca. drei Minuten erreicht ist.Furthermore, a "control circuit for different spin speeds of a washing machine" is known from DE-OS 36 15 712. Derartige Wäscheschleudern stellen jedoch lediglich eine Ergänzung zu den bekannten Haushaltwaschmaschinen dar. Sie sind als Standmodelle zwar frei aufstellbar, benötigen aber Platz und ein eigenes Abflußsystem. Die durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß eine weit über der bei bekannten Waschmaschinen liegende Schleuderenddrehzahl sicher erreicht und die Wäsche demzufolge optimal entwässert bzw. deren Restfeuchtigkeit auf ein Mindestmaß reduziert wird. Ein Nachschleudern in separaten Wäscheschleudern entfällt. Das Drehzahl-Hochlaufprofil der Wäschetrommel wurde so gewählt, daß die Belastung der Antriebsmotor- und Wäschetrommel-Lagerung trotz erhöhter Schleuderenddrehzahl minimal bleibt. Dadurch können in vorteilhafter Weise fertigungsmäßig die Lager herkömmlicher Waschmaschinen eingesetzt werden, ohne daß deren übliche Lebensdauer gemindert würde, d.h. teuere Spezialhochleistungslager sind nicht erforderlich.The advantages which can be achieved by the method according to the invention consist in particular in that a final spin speed which is far above that in known washing machines is reliably reached and the laundry is consequently optimally dewatered or its residual moisture is reduced to a minimum. Gemäß Fig. 1 wird die Umdrehungszahl der Wäschetrommel beim Fertigschleudern, zum Waschprogrammende in vier Stufen hochgefahren:
Innerhalb ca. 1,2 Minuten in kleinen Stufen, dem sogenannten "Sanftanlauf" auf 850 Umdrehungen pro Minute. Diese 850 Umdrehungen pro Minute der ersten Stufe werden während 5 Minuten konstant gehalten, anschließend in der
zweiten Stufe: Beschleunigung auf 1000 Umdrehungen pro Minute und Konstanthalten dieser Drehzahl während 1,7 Minuten, anschließend in der
dritten Stufe: Beschleunigung auf 1150 Umdrehungen pro Minute und Konstanthalten dieser Drehzahl während 1,2 Minuten, anschließend in der
vierten Stufe: Beschleunigung auf 1350 Umdrehungen pro Minute und Konstanthalten dieser Drehzahl während 0,5 Minuten, danach Abbremsen der Wäschetrommel bis zum Stillstand.

Claims (4)

  1. A method for optimising the spin speed-time-profile of domestic washing machines with a motor-driven washing drum, which can be accelerated in four stages during the last programme step to a maximum spin speed, whilst observing predetermined time periods, characterised in that, in the first stage, the washing drum maintains a rotational speed of 850 revolutions per minute for a period of five minutes, then in the second stage accelerates to 1000 revolutions per minute and maintains this speed for a period of 1.7 minutes, then in the third stage accelerates to 1150 revolutions per minute and maintains this speed for a period of 1.2 minutes, and finally in the fourth and last stage accelerates to 1350 revolutions per minute, which speed is maintained for 0.5 minutes.
  2. A method according to claim 1, characterised in that the four-stage washing drum rotational speeds are observed with a degree of accuracy equal to or less than +-10% of their nominal value.
