Claims (4)

Verfahren zum Herstellen eines aus einer Poly­äthylen/Papier-Polyäthylen-Verbundfolie bestehenden Schlauchbeutels, bei dem die Verbundfolie getaktet von einer Vorratsrolle abgezogen und in einer Formschulter zu einem Schlauch geformt und als solcher zu einer Siegelstation geführt wird, in der die gefüllten Beutel durch Setzen einer Querversiegelung gebildet werden, gekennzeichnet durch
- Aufbringen eines beidseitig mit Polyäthylen be­schichteten Polypropylengewebes auf die Verbundfolie vor dem Formen zu einem Schlauch,
- Anheften des Polypropylengewebes auf die Folie vor deren Formung zu einem Schlauch,
- beidseitiges Verschweißen des beidseitig mit Po­lyäthylen beschichteten Polypropylengewebes mit der Verbundfolie nach dem Formen zu einem Schlauch, und
- Stanzen einer Griffausnehmung durch die Verbundfo­lie und das Polypropylengewebe.
