- la clé 4 est introduite dans la fente d'entrée 102 jusqu'à une butée constituée par la face avant du disque d'extrémité arrière 32. Les rondelles de codage 30 contrôlent la rotation des panetons de la clé d'un quart de tour dans le sens autorisé par les rochets jusqu'à ce que celle-ci vienne en butée horizontalement face à la fente de passage 322 du disque d'extrémité arrière. Claims (28)
- Dispositif de serrure du type comprenant un fût fixe (1) logeant solidairement une douille (2) qui loge solidairement à son tour un bloc interne (3) comportant une pile de rondelles conformées de codage (30), solidairement enserrées entre deux disques d'extrémité (31,32), propres à admettre les panetons (40) d'une clé (4) jusqu'à une butée, à contrôler la rotation de ces panetons (40) et les autoriser ou non à traverser une fente de sortie (212), ménagée dans la paroi terminale (21) de la douille (2), à des fins d'entraínement d'au moins un pêne,
caractérisé en ce que le bloc interne (3) comprend, en outre, un disque intermédiaire (34), situé entre les deux disques d'extrémité (31,32) et comportant un passage (342) propre à permettre l'accès des panetons de la clé jusqu'à ladite butée ainsi que leur rotation, ledit disque intermédiaire présentant par son épaisseur et sa superficie une résistance élevée, par rapport aux rondelles minces (30) du jeu de rondelles, à toute tentative d'effraction tendant à tordre le profil conformé de codage des rondelles (30),
et en ce que le dispositif comprend des moyens de liaison (33) formant au moins une partie de moyens d'attache pour solidariser le disque intermédiaire (34) avec lesdits disques d'extrémité (31, 32) et lesdites rondelles de codage (30),
ce qui permet d'assurer une grande cohésion à la pile de rondelles de codage (30), et de rendre très difficiles les tentatives de torsion desdites rondelles et les tentatives de perçage du bloc interne (3). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le disque intermédiaire est interposé entre deux rondelles de codage, sensiblement à mi-distance des deux disques d'extrémité.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le passage (342) du disque intermédiaire présente un profil en forme de croix à branches sensiblement égales.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la douille (2) loge, en outre, un disque terminal (22), fixé à l'intérieur de la douille (2) devant sa paroi terminale (21) et comportant une fente de passage (222) homologue de ladite fente de sortie (212).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le disque terminal (22) est fixé sur la face avant, ou interne, (210) de la paroi terminale (21) de la douille (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le disque terminal (22) est solidarisé du bloc interne (3) en rotation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le disque terminal (22) est solidarisé du bloc interne en rotation par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un doigt (324) monté, sensiblement perpendiculairement au disque terminal et au disque d'extrémité arrière (32) du bloc interne (3), dans respectivement deux logements (223,323) de ces deux disques (22,32).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le doigt (324) est solidairement fixé dans le logement du disque d'extrémité arrière et est emmanché dans le logement, en particulier un trou borgne, du disque terminal.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le disque d'extrémité arrière (32) du bloc interne comporte une fente de passage (322) homologue de la fente de sortie (212) et des moyens (328) formant saillie, situés sur la face avant (320) de ce disque, et susceptibles de coopérer avec les panetons de la clé lorsque ceux-ci ont atteint ladite butée pour autoriser ou non leur rotation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens (328) sont disposés sensiblement selon l'axe de symétrie transversal de la fente de passage (322).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens sont en outre disposés sensiblement symétriquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal moyen de la fente de passage (322).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens comprennent deux plots (328) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à la face avant du disque terminal arrière.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bloc interne est solidarisé en rotation du fût par l'intermédiaire des moyens de liaison (33) reliés au disque d'extrémité avant (31) du bloc interne (3), et à la face arrière (101) de la paroi d'entrée (10), ou paroi avant, du fût (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'attache comprennent deux vis (33) dont les têtes respectives (330) sont respectivement logées dans deux logements (325) du disque d'extrémité arrière (32) et dont les extrémités (331) des tiges filetées coopèrent respectivement avec des trous filetés (315) du disque d'extrémité avant (31) et en ce que ces vis (33) ont une longueur légèrement supérieure à la distance séparant la face arrière du disque d'extrémité arrière de la face avant du disque d'extrémité avant de façon à venir s'emmancher respectivement dans deux trous borgnes (101) ménagés dans la face arrière (101) de la paroi avant (10) du fût (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bloc interne (3) comporte trois bras (60a,60b,60c), entraínés tous les trois en rotation par les panetons de la clé, sous rappel élastique, sensiblement parallèlement à la face arrière (321) du disque d'extrémité arrière (32), entre celui-ci et le disque terminal (22), entre une première position dans laquelle ils coopèrent mutuellement par leur profil respectif pour obturer la fente de passage (322) du disque d'extrémité arrière, et une deuxième position dans laquelle ladite fente de passage (322) est dégagée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que chaque bras est respectivement raccordé sensiblement perpendiculairement à un arbre s'étendant longitudinalement au bloc interne, dans une rainure respective située à sa périphérie, cet arbre étant muni d'un poussoir, s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement au bras, et situé dans le jeu de rondelles conformées de codage (30) pour coopérer sous rappel élastique avec les panetons de la clé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 et 16, caractérisé en ce que deux des bras (60a,60c) s'étendent sensiblement à la périphérie du disque d'extrémité arrière (32) sensiblement dans un même plan et en ce que le troisième bras (60b) comporte un support (600b) mobile en rotation dans un plan situé entre le plan de rotation des deux bras périphériques et la face arrière du disque d'extrémité arrière, ce support étant muni d'une protubérance située sensiblement dans le plan de rotation des deux bras périphériques, et ayant un profil coopérant avec le profil des deux bras périphériques.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que ladite protubérance comporte deux secteurs pointus coopérant dans la première position d'obturation de la fente de passage, avec respectivement deux becs et deux échancrures des deux bras périphériques.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (41,609'c) pour maintenir les organes d'obturation dans leur deuxième position lorsque les panetons de la clé sont situés à l'arrière du bloc interne.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 19 pris conjointement avec la clé correspondante, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens comprennent la tige (41) de la clé.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 19 prise en combinaison avec la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens comprennent un talon (609'c) situé sur l'un des bras périphérique (60'c) et coopérant avec le secteur pointu (602'b) de la protubérance le plus proche de ce bras périphérique (60'c), lorsque les organes d'obturation sont dans leur deuxième position.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la fente d'entrée (102) de la clé, située sur la paroi avant du fût (1) est rectangulaire, sensiblement ajustée par rapport au pourtour d'une section transversale (42) de l'empreinte de clef.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en outre, un cache (5) fixé (50) sur la face avant de la paroi avant du fût (1) et masquant par gravité la fente d'entrée (102) de la clé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens susceptibles de véhiculer une information à deux états.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes pris conjointement avec la clé correspondante, caractérisé en ce que la clé comprend deux panetons symétriquement disposés de part et d'autre de la tige de clé, chaque paneton comportant un cran transversal (45) susceptible de coopérer avec le passage (342) du disque intermédiaire (34).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 à 25 pris conjointement avec la clé correspondante, caractérisé en ce que au moins un paneton comporte un cran longitudinal (44) susceptible de coopérer avec les moyens (328) faisant saillie, situés sur la face avant du disque d'extrémité arrière.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 26 pris conjointement avec la clé correspondante, caractérisé en ce que chaque paneton comporte un cran longitudinal (44).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 24 à 27 pris conjointement avec la clé correspondante, caractérisé en ce que la clé comporte en outre un logement (46) propre à contenir des moyens (47) aptes à commander les moyens du dispositif susceptibles de véhiculer lesdites informations à deux états.
