Description

The invention relates to a cabinet arrangement with inserts and supporting walls for these according to the preamble of claim 1.

Generic cabinet arrangements (as can be seen, for example, from DE-A-30 24 661) are provided, for example, in the medical field, in materials and storage management, for accommodating smaller items to be stored, such as medicines, small parts, consumables, etc. The supporting walls can be integrated into the side walls of cupboards. But it can also be separate supporting walls that with Side walls of cabinets are connected, for example, by retrofitting them.

In such cabinet arrangements, the problem arises that the inserts should be completely removable, but often not paid attention to when an insert slips on the back of the mounting rail carrying it, so that if it is not reliably held, it tilts and the parts contained in it can fall out. Even if the drawer is not pulled out completely, but is then released because, for example, a person moves away from the cabinet after removing a part without pushing the drawer back in, it can slide out further and fall down.

The invention is therefore based on the object of further developing a generic cabinet arrangement in such a way that the persons taking out the inserts notice when the insert is almost pulled out.

According to the invention, the stated object is achieved in a cabinet arrangement of the generic type by the characterizing features of claim 1.

It can be provided that the support rails have at least one groove extending transversely to their longitudinal extent and that the support edges of the inserts are provided with at least one cam engaging in a groove. Drawers or slide-in baskets are possible as inserts. In the former, the stops or cams are molded in when the boxes are formed, for example by deep drawing or the like. In the latter, the basket bead is bent out in a cam-shaped manner.

In a preferred embodiment it can be provided that the cross-sectional contours of the cams are adapted to that of the grooves.

A preferred embodiment provides that the insert has cams pointing downwards at least in its rear area, in particular the mounting rail having a groove at least in the front area of its upper side. In this embodiment, the person pulling out the drawer notices when the downward rear cam of the drawer falls into a front groove of the mounting rail that the drawer cannot be pulled out further without additional support. In a further development it is provided that the top of the rail has a groove in its rear area. With this configuration, the insert is held in a defined insert or rest position, which is determined by the fact that the rear cam of the insert engages in the rear groove of the corresponding mounting rail.

Another, together with the above-described configuration or instead of this provided provision, provides that the lateral edges of the inserts have an upwardly directed cam or stop, at least in their rear area, in particular the support rails in their underside at least in the front area have a groove facing away from the removal side, for example through the leg wall. In this embodiment, the person pulling out the plug-in contains a signal that it should not be pulled out further when the rear, upward-facing cam or stop of the plug-in strikes the front stop wall formed on the underside of the mounting rail, or if necessary. engages in a groove formed there. At the same time, the resultant serves Box arrangement to keep the drawer in the pulled-out state if the person releases it without pulling it out further, for example after having removed a part. The insert is held reliably in this position and cannot involuntarily continue to slide, as could not be excluded in the prior art.

Instead of a groove adapted to the cross-sectional contour of the cams on the underside of the mounting rail, it can also be provided in a further embodiment that the mounting rails have a groove in their underside, the transverse extent of which in the longitudinal direction of the rail lies substantially above that of the cams of the inserts.

Further preferred configurations provide that the grooves are symmetrical to the vertical central plane of the rail and / or that the cams are symmetrical to the vertical central plane of the inserts. In this way, if necessary. the slots can be inserted by 180 degrees. The support walls having the support rails can also be arranged on both sides without the need for path-symmetrical support walls. The support walls can also be provided in cupboards, which are designed as hatches and from which the inserts can be removed on both sides. If the distance between the front and rear grooves formed on the top of the mounting rails corresponds to that of the front and rear cams formed on the underside of the edges of the inserts, both cams snap into corresponding grooves in the rest position of the insert, so that the latter is not just one has a defined rest position, but is also kept completely horizontal in the cabinet.

Gleiches gilt für die Einschübe in Form von Schubkästen 4.The cabinet system according to the invention has in a cabinet compartment two spaced-apart support walls 1 which have support rails 2 facing each other. The carrier walls are preferably made of plastic, such as ABS material, and deep-drawn. The same applies to the drawers in the form of drawers 4.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the mounting rails 2 each have eight grooves 11, 12, 13, 14 on their upper side 6 and on their underside 7, and nine grooves 11, 13, 14 on their rear area, which grooves extend transversely to the direction of extension of the rails 2 in their upper or Extend underside. The side edges 15 of the drawers 4 have cams 16, 17, 18, 19 which are adapted to the grooves 11-14 and are directed upwards or downwards. The vertical cross section of the cams in the longitudinal direction of the edges 15 corresponds to the corresponding cross section of the grooves 11-14. The distance between the downwardly directed cams 16, 19 in the edges 15 of the drawers 4 corresponds exactly to the distance between the grooves 11, 12 on the upper side of the guide rails 2.

When the drawers are pushed in, the cams 18, 19 both engage in the corresponding grooves 11, 12, so that the drawer 4 is thereby given a defined insertion position. If the drawer 4 is pulled out of the cabinet compartment, the cams 18, 19 slide out of the grooves 11, 12, which are preferably of semicircular design, and along the top 6 of the rail 2 until - as far as the drawer 4 is kept largely horizontal - The rear cam 19 engages in the front groove 11 on the top 6 of the rail 2. This gives the person who the drawer 4 from pulls out of its rest position, an information that the box should not be pulled out further without additional, full support. If the drawer is not held completely horizontally, the rear, upward-facing cam 17 abuts the edge 15 of the drawer 4 on the underside 7 of the guide rail 2 located above it and slides forward along the lower edge 7 when it is pulled out, until it is possibly in the front groove 13 engages on the underside 7 of the rail 2, whereby the person pulling out the drawer again receives a signal that the drawer should not be pulled out further without additional support. In the illustrated embodiment, the grooves 14 and the cams 16 are provided for reasons of symmetry. It is therefore not necessary to consider whether the drawer is pushed in according to arrow A or arrow B (Fig. 3), so it can also be pushed in by 180 degrees. In the same way, the appropriately designed side walls 1 can be used on both sides in a cupboard or the arrangement can also be provided in a pass-through cupboard on the basis of the symmetrical design, from which drawers on the left and on the right side can be removed.

In the embodiment of FIG. 2, only the grooves 30 on the underside of the rails 2 are designed differently than in the embodiment of FIG. 1.

The web between the grooves 13, 14 according to FIG. 1 in the rail 2 is omitted from the illustration in FIG. 2. The grooves 13, 14 are connected to one another and extend over a considerable length in the longitudinal direction of the rail 2. As can be seen, the groove 30 fulfills the latching function in the same way as it does with reference to FIG. 1 with respect to the groove 13 and described with interacting cams 17 has been. The groove 30 is also arranged symmetrically to the vertical central axis of the rail 2, so that what has been said with regard to the symmetrical configuration of the side walls 1 and the drawers 4 with reference to FIG. 1 applies in the same way to the configuration of FIG.

In the configuration of FIGS. 4 to 6, the cabinet walls 1 and their wire rails 2 are designed in the same way as in the configuration of FIGS. 2 and 3. The corresponding configurations are identified by the same reference numerals. Also, the lateral edge 15 of the insert 4 is adapted to the grooves 11, 12, downwardly directed cams 18, 19, which are at the same distance as the grooves 11, 12 and come to rest in the inserted insert 4, and thus the Lock slot 4. Instead of the cams 16, 17 (FIG. 1) directed upwards on the front and rear of the insert 4, only the rear and front edges 31, 32 of the insert 4 are bent obliquely upward in the embodiment of FIGS , so that the rear edge 31 forms an abutment 17a with an inclined wall, which forms an abutment surface 30a for the abutment 17a when the insert 4 is pulled out. The stop surface 30a is practically a leg of the wide groove 30. In the case of narrow grooves corresponding to the grooves 13, 14 of the embodiment in FIG. 1, the stop 17a can also engage into and engage one of the delimiting legs.

In this embodiment too, the insert 4 lies securely and locked in the retracted state. When pulling out and tipping down the insert 4, the stop 17a comes to rest against the stop wall 30a, so that it is held in this position on the one hand, and on the other hand this indicates to the person pulling out the pull-out that when pulling out further the Insert 4 must be kept and supported completely.

In the configuration of Figures 4 to 6, the tubs are provided with sloping walls 41 so that they can be stacked one inside the other. In order to ensure a finite free space even when stacking, 4 partially cylindrical impressions 42 are provided in the corner regions of the inserts, which have 4 parallel bottom surfaces 43 to the bottom of the insert, on which the corner regions 44 between the bottom and side walls of the insert 4 come to rest when stacked , so that a safe slip-free stacking is made possible.

In FIGS. 7 and 8, the support rails 2 have eight cams 31, 32, 33, 34 in their front area and nine in their front area, both on their top side 6 and on their bottom side 7, which cams extend transversely to the direction of extension of the rails 2 extend in the top or bottom. The side edges 15 of the inserts 4 have cams 16, 17, 18, 19 which are adapted to the cams 31-34 and are directed upwards or downwards. The distance between the mutually facing sides of the downwardly directed cams 16, 19 in the edges 15 of the inserts 4 here corresponds exactly to the distance between the cams 11, 12 facing away from one another on the upper side of the guide rails 2 (FIG. 7).

When the slide-in modules are inserted, the cams 18, 19 therefore overlap the cams 31, 32, so that the slide-in module 4 is thereby given a defined insertion position. If the insert 4 is pulled out of the cabinet compartment, its cam 19 is lifted over the cam 32 and slides along the top 6 of the rail 2 until, as far as the insert 4 is kept largely horizontal, the rear cam 19 on the front cam 31 the top 6 of the rail 2 strikes. This gives the person who pulls the drawer 4 out of a rest position, information that the box should not be pulled out without additional, full support. If the insert is not held completely horizontally, the rear, upwardly directed cam 17 abuts the edge 15 of the insert 4 on the underside 7 of the guide rail 2 located above it and slides along the lower edge 7 as it is pulled out until it is possibly on front cam 33 strikes the underside 7 of the rail 2, whereby the person who pulls out the drawer in turn receives a signal that the drawer should not be pulled out without additional support. In the illustrated embodiment, the cams 34, 16 are provided for reasons of symmetry.

The insert 4 can also be inserted rotated by 180 degrees. In the same way, the appropriately designed side walls 1 can be inserted on both sides in a cabinet or, owing to the symmetrical design, the arrangement can also be provided in a pass-through cabinet from which inserts on the left and on the right side can be removed.
