Abstract
Schieberverschluß für den Ausguß von metallurgischen Gießgefäßen mit einer gefäßfesten Verschlußplatte und einer Schieberplatte aus hitze beständigem Material, die jede mit einer Durchflußbohrung für die metal lurgische Schmelze versehen sind und von denen die Schieberplatte mit Füh rungsbahnen derart in federnd gelagerten Andruckschienen axial verschieb lich geführt ist, daß die Platten mit ihren gegeneinander weisenden Ver schlußflächen aufeinander abgleiten und die Durchflußbohrungen in und außer Deckung gebracht werden können, bei der die Andruckschienen (10) frei auf jeweils einer entgegen der Andruckrichtung federnd gelagerten Achse (11) gehalten sind und die Führungsbahnen (8) der Schieberplatte (3) eine gegen die Andruckschienen (10) weisende Wölbung aufweisen. Die wirk same Andrucklänge (A) der Andruckschienen (10) ist größer als der in Schubrichtung gemessene Abstand zwischen den Kulminationspunkten der Füh rungsbahnen zweier hintereinanderliedender Schieberplatten jedoch kleiner als der Abstand der äußeren Kulminationspunkte dreier hintereinanderlie gender Platten. Die Andruckschienen (10) sind beidseitig ihrer wirksamen Andrucklänge mit angefasten Einführungszonen versehen sind.
