Statt dessen ist auch bekannt (DE-A-27 06 277), die Siebbeläge untereinander durch verzahnungsartige Ausbildung ihrer Stirnseiten miteinander zu verbinden und durch einander ergänzende Ausnehmungen an der Unterseite auf ein massives Tragprofil aufzurasten. Bei einer anderen Ausführungsform (DE-A-26 22 709, 26 32 511, 27 49 489) werden zusätzlich zwischen benachbarte Siebbeläge Bolzen, Klemmleisten od.dgl. eingetrieben, die die Leisten bzw. Zapfen an den Siebbelägen innerhalb der Schlitze, Durchgangslöcher oder Hohlräume an den Tragprofilen verspannen. Bei allen bekannten Ausführungsformen sind entweder spezielle Tragprofile erforderlich oder sind zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel (Bolzen, Klemmleisten) notwendig. Ein konstruktiv einfacher Siebboden ist aus der den Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 bildenden GB-A-2 003 748 bekannt. Die Tragprofile bestehen aus einfachen Balken mit Rechteckprofil. Die gummielastischen Siebbeläge weisen an zwei gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten nach unten reichend Leisten auf, die eine nach außen offene nutartige Vertiefung besitzen. Der Siebbelag wird von oben zwischen benachbarte Balken eingetrieben, bis diese in die Nuten am Siebbelag einrasten. Die Tiefe der Nuten ist so bemessen, daß die Balken an ihrer Oberseite von den Siebbelägen vollständig abgedeckt werden. Trotz des konstruktiv einfachen Aufbaus ergeben sich für Betrieb und Montage bzw. Demontage einige Nachteile. Die balkenförmigen Tragprofile weisen aufgrund ihres Rechteckprofils ein ungünstiges Trägheitsmoment auf. Da sie aber aufgrund der Einsatzbedingungen eine hohe Biegewechselfestigkeit besitzen müssen, läßt sich dies nur mit einem entsprechend hohen Profil und somit großer konstruktiver Masse erreichen. Ein hohes Rechteckprofil erzwingt wiederum sehr hohe Leisten an den Siebbelägen. Damit diese aufgrund ihrer Gummielastizität nicht nach innen ausweichen können, sind die Leisten durch rippenartige Wände ausgesteift, welche die Leisten miteinander und mit der Unterseite der Siebfläche verbinden. Die rippenartigen Wände erstrecken sich über etwa 3/4 der Höhe der Leisten. Damit ergibt sich ein rahmenartiges Gebilde, bei dem die Leisten auf dem größten Teil ihrer Höhe nach innen nicht mehr nachgeben können. Die Obergurte der I-Profile dienen zur Verankerung der Siebbeläge, indem je ein Siebbelag mit seinen stirnseitigen Leisten zwischen die I-Profile eingesetzt wird und dabei die Leisten aufgrund ihrer Gummielastizität nach innnen federn und mit ihrer Nut über die I-Balken einrasten, so daß der Siebbelag in horizontaler und vertikaler Richtung festgelegt ist. Durch die zumindest stellenweise größere Breite der Siebbeläge im Nutengrund, werden die Siebbeläge zwischen den I-Profilen eingespannt und je nach Größe des Übermaßes auch vorgespannt, können also trotz der dynamischen Beanspruchung nicht wandern. Der Aufbau einzelner Siebbeläge ist - ebenso wie der Einbau - problemlos durch Aushebeln bzw. Zur Erleichterung des Einsetzens dienen die außenseitig an den Leisten 8 vorgesehenen Einführschrägen 10. Bei der Montage wird der Siebbelag 5 mit der Nut 9' an der Leiste 8'zunächst auf den Teil 4'des Obergurts 4 aufgeschoben und anschließend an der gegenüberliegenden Seite durch Rückfedern der Leiste 8 aufgerastet.
