Abstract

To comminute larger ground matter in driving shields equipped with a jaw crusher installation, which ground matter cannot be discharged through the suction line, it is proposed to arrange the crusher in such a way that the crusher jaws (12) open downwards and the distance of the jaw crusher (12) from the floor level (8) of the winning chamber or the floor level of the shield circumference is dimensioned in such a way that the floor level (8) of the winning chamber can be swept directly during the swivelling movement of the crushing jaws (12) and the large heap of debris collecting at the lowest point of the winning chamber can be seized directly and comminuted.

Description

The invention relates to a shield driving device, as described in the preamble of claim 1.

Shield boring machines with hydraulic removal of the loosened pile are generally used in loose soils. The transport liquid then also serves to support the working face. The mining chamber is designed as a closed pressure chamber in which the mining device - for. B. a cutting wheel - removes the ground from the working face, which then falls on the bottom of the excavation chamber and is removed from there through a suction nozzle. Larger soil components that could not be removed through the suction line were intercepted by an upstream rake and had to be removed by hand by walking into the extraction chamber after the liquid had previously been displaced from the chamber by compressed air.

For the treatment of the soil components that cannot be removed untreated, a crusher arranged in the excavation chamber has already been used - for example according to DE 32 38 953 - to which a rotating ring conveyor feeds the coarse components which it picks up from the chamber sole via a feed hopper for comminution. The shredded crushed material falls down in front of a rake in the chamber and can then be removed through the suction nozzle. If the crushed material has remained too large, it is fed into the crushing circuit again by the ring conveyor.

Disadvantages of this known crusher arrangement are the high mechanical and energy expenditure in the excavation chamber for the transport of the crushed material to the crusher and the high susceptibility of the mechanics installed on site.

The object of the invention was to develop a crusher arrangement which does not require any special transport device for feeding the material to be crushed and is therefore much more economical.

The object is achieved by a sign as described in the characterizing part of claim 1. Embodiments of the invention are described in claims 2 to 7.

The arrangement of the crusher according to the invention in the lower shield area directly above the shield sole and in the suction area makes transport of the material to be crushed unnecessary. The crushing arms directly grasp the material that has not been removed from the suction opening and shred it until it passes through the rake upstream of the suction nozzle or through the opening of the suction nozzle.

For reasons relating to tunnel construction, it is expedient to bring the extraction chamber briefly and the suction nozzle as far forward as possible in the chamber to the face. In one embodiment of the invention according to claim 2, the suction nozzle is therefore guided into the device area of the crusher. It must - so that the crusher can take action - be designed to be movable out of the working area of the crusher.

  • Fig. 4 eine Schildvortriebseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
  • Fig. 5 eine Schildvortriebseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4.
If the pivot axis of the jaws of the jaw crusher is tilted forwards or backwards in the vertical plane by the shield axis in accordance with claims 3 or 4, the oblique position below or behind the crusher results in triangular radial sections that expand towards the mouth of the delivery line Spaces into which an optionally telescopic suction nozzle of the delivery line can be introduced to the front unimpeded by the swiveling movement of the crushing jaws. In addition, a classifying rake can be arranged behind the jaw crusher without additional length.
Measures according to claims 6 and 7 are intended to prevent piling parts from getting caught between the crushing jaws and the shield sole or classifying rake.
The invention is explained with reference to FIGS. 1-5. Show it:
  • 1 and 2 a shield driving device according to the invention according to claims 1 and 2, Fig. 1 in a view from the front, Fig. 2 in longitudinal section,
  • 3 shows the example of a retractable suction nozzle according to claim 2,
  • 4 a shield propulsion device according to claim 3,
  • 5 shows a shield driving device according to claim 4.

In a shield 1 with a mining chamber 2 closed at the rear by a pressure wall 3, the floor on the working face 4 is released by a mining device 5. The mining chamber is filled at least to a part of its height with liquid 6 under pressure. The dissolved heap 7 falls down in the liquid and collects in the area of the bottom 8 of the mining chamber 2 and is continuously conveyed from there with the pumped-in liquid 6 with the aid of the suction nozzle 9.

Soil components 10, which have larger dimensions than can be accommodated with the suction nozzle 9, are grasped by the crusher jaws 12, which sweep over the sole 8 of the mining chamber 2, of a crusher 11 arranged in the lower region of the mining chamber below the drive shaft 16 of the mining device 5 and crushed until they are extractable. In the illustrated example of a suction nozzle, a rake upstream of the nozzle was dispensed with. The loosened aggregate is classified by a lattice bar 14 arranged centrally in the suction opening 13, which is sufficient to keep soil components 10 which are too large and cannot be conveyed away from the delivery line 15. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, a baffle plate 17 which encloses the pivoting movement of the crushing jaws at a short distance is arranged under the jaw crusher on the shield sole.

A jaw crusher 18 according to claim 3 with the pivot axis 20 of the crushing jaws 19 tilted forward is shown in FIG. 4. With a pivoting movement of the crushing jaws 19, the front edge 21 brushes closely over the sole of the jacket of the shield 1, while the rear edge 22 becomes larger Distance to the sole moves. The cylindrical surface 24 enveloping the pivoting movement of the crushing jaws 19, the jacket of the shield 1 and the pressure wall 3 enclose a spherical space 23 which is triangular in radial sections and which is not hit by the pivoting movement of the crushing jaws 19. A classifying rake 25 can be arranged in this space 23 in front of the confluence of the conveying line 15 for conveying away the accumulated material. The bars of the classifying rake 25 can have a course approximately parallel to the pivoting movement of the crushing jaws 19, so that teeth arranged on the crushing jaws can sweep in front of and / or in the spaces between the bars. In the space 23, an optionally telescopic suction nozzle 19 of the delivery line 15 can be advanced into the extraction chamber 2 outside the swiveling range of the crushing jaws 19.

In diesen Raum 32 kann auch ein wahlweise teleskopierbar ausgebildeter Saugstutzen 19 der Förderleitung 15 außerhalb des Schwenkbereichs der Brechbacken 28 in die Abbaukammer 2 vorgeschoben werden.FIG. 5 shows a jaw crusher 27 according to claim 4 with the pivot axis 29 of the crushing jaws 28 tilted backwards. When the crushing jaws 28 pivot, the rear edge 31 brushes closely over the sole of the jacket of the shield 1, while the front edge 30 is larger Distance to the sole moves. The plane 33 which limits the pivoting movement of the crushing jaws 28 to the rear, the pressure wall 3 and the jacket of the shield 1 enclose a space 32 which is triangular in radial sections and which is not hit by the pivoting movement of the crushing jaws 28. A classifying rake 34 can be arranged in this space 32 in front of the confluence of the conveying line 15 for conveying away the soil obtained. In this space 32, an optionally telescopic suction nozzle 19 of the delivery line 15 can be advanced into the removal chamber 2 outside the swiveling range of the crushing jaws 28.
