Definitions
- the invention relates to a shield driving device, as described in the preamble of claim 1.
- Shield boring machines with hydraulic removal of the loosened pile are generally used in loose soils.
- the transport liquid then also serves to support the working face.
- the mining chamber is designed as a closed pressure chamber in which the mining device - for. B. a cutting wheel - removes the ground from the working face, which then falls on the bottom of the excavation chamber and is removed from there through a suction nozzle. Larger soil components that could not be removed through the suction line were intercepted by an upstream rake and had to be removed by hand by walking into the extraction chamber after the liquid had previously been displaced from the chamber by compressed air.
- a crusher arranged in the excavation chamber has already been used - for example according to DE 32 38 953 - to which a rotating ring conveyor feeds the coarse components which it picks up from the chamber sole via a feed hopper for comminution.
- the shredded crushed material falls down in front of a rake in the chamber and can then be removed through the suction nozzle. If the crushed material has remained too large, it is fed into the crushing circuit again by the ring conveyor.
- the object of the invention was to develop a crusher arrangement which does not require any special transport device for feeding the material to be crushed and is therefore much more economical.
- the arrangement of the crusher according to the invention in the lower shield area directly above the shield sole and in the suction area makes transport of the material to be crushed unnecessary.
- the crushing arms directly grasp the material that has not been removed from the suction opening and shred it until it passes through the rake upstream of the suction nozzle or through the opening of the suction nozzle.
- the suction nozzle is therefore guided into the device area of the crusher. It must - so that the crusher can take action - be designed to be movable out of the working area of the crusher.
- a shield 1 with a mining chamber 2 closed at the rear by a pressure wall 3 the floor on the working face 4 is released by a mining device 5.
- the mining chamber is filled at least to a part of its height with liquid 6 under pressure.
- the dissolved heap 7 falls down in the liquid and collects in the area of the bottom 8 of the mining chamber 2 and is continuously conveyed from there with the pumped-in liquid 6 with the aid of the suction nozzle 9.
- Soil components 10, which have larger dimensions than can be accommodated with the suction nozzle 9, are grasped by the crusher jaws 12, which sweep over the sole 8 of the mining chamber 2, of a crusher 11 arranged in the lower region of the mining chamber below the drive shaft 16 of the mining device 5 and crushed until they are extractable.
- a rake upstream of the nozzle was dispensed with.
- the loosened aggregate is classified by a lattice bar 14 arranged centrally in the suction opening 13, which is sufficient to keep soil components 10 which are too large and cannot be conveyed away from the delivery line 15.
- a baffle plate 17 which encloses the pivoting movement of the crushing jaws at a short distance is arranged under the jaw crusher on the shield sole.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shield driving device, as described in the preamble of
Shield boring machines with hydraulic removal of the loosened pile are generally used in loose soils. The transport liquid then also serves to support the working face. The mining chamber is designed as a closed pressure chamber in which the mining device - for. B. a cutting wheel - removes the ground from the working face, which then falls on the bottom of the excavation chamber and is removed from there through a suction nozzle. Larger soil components that could not be removed through the suction line were intercepted by an upstream rake and had to be removed by hand by walking into the extraction chamber after the liquid had previously been displaced from the chamber by compressed air.
For the treatment of the soil components that cannot be removed untreated, a crusher arranged in the excavation chamber has already been used - for example according to
Disadvantages of this known crusher arrangement are the high mechanical and energy expenditure in the excavation chamber for the transport of the crushed material to the crusher and the high susceptibility of the mechanics installed on site.
The object of the invention was to develop a crusher arrangement which does not require any special transport device for feeding the material to be crushed and is therefore much more economical.
The object is achieved by a sign as described in the characterizing part of
The arrangement of the crusher according to the invention in the lower shield area directly above the shield sole and in the suction area makes transport of the material to be crushed unnecessary. The crushing arms directly grasp the material that has not been removed from the suction opening and shred it until it passes through the rake upstream of the suction nozzle or through the opening of the suction nozzle.
For reasons relating to tunnel construction, it is expedient to bring the extraction chamber briefly and the suction nozzle as far forward as possible in the chamber to the face. In one embodiment of the invention according to

claim 4.
In a
