Claims (8)

1. A kit of parts for constructing a security fence comprising lattice panels and metallic posts, which consist essentially of a holding girder and a slotted girder which is adapted to be fixed thereto, holds a plurality of parallel wires of the lattice panels in an interlocking manner and is open on one side, characterized in that the holding girder (1, 23, 24, 25 and 47) and the slotted girder (4, 26, 27, 28 and 50) are provided with hookedly interlocking gripping edges, which respectively have undercuts of larger than or equal to ninety degrees and the slotted girder has limbs (6 and 8) which in their middle part have a lower flexural strength than at the end (3, 9, 31, 32, 35, 36, 43, 44, 53 and 54) of the limb.
2. The kit as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the wall thickness of the slotted girder is less than that of the holding girder.
3. The kit as claimed in claim 1 or in claim 2, characterized in that the holding girder (1, 24 and 47) and the slotted girder (4, 26, 27, 28 and 50) consist of U-section bent sheet metal, whose limb ends are crimped around for more than ninety degrees.
4. The kit as claimed in any one of the preceding claims 1 through 3, characterized in that the slotted girder (4 and 50) is designed to be hooked within the holding girder (1 and 47).
5. The kit as claimed in any one of the preceding claims 1 through 4, characterized in that the holding girder (23, 24 and 25) has grooves (29, 30, 39, 40, 45 and 46) on its outer periphery.
6. The kit as claimed in any one of the preceding claims 1 through 5, characterized in that between the limbs (6, 8 and, respectively, 53 and 54) of the slotted girder a spreading element (22 and, respectively, 55) is arranged.
7. The kit as claimed in any one of the preceding claims 1 through 6, characterized in that the slotted girder (4, 26, 27, 28 and 50) has two to ten slots for each mesh of a lattice panel with a regular vertical spacing.
8. The kit as claimed in any one of the preceding claims 1 through 7, characterized by a cover which interlockingly locks the holding girder and the slotted girder of a composite post.
