Description

The invention is based on a coaxial angled connector according to the preamble of claim 1.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Such a coaxial angled connector is known (DE-OS 36 04 896), which, however, does not take into account in connection with an antenna cable that a shortening capacitor is required in order to reduce the antenna connection capacity. In this context, antenna connection capacity is understood to mean the capacity resulting from the capacity of the vehicle antenna and the antenna cable connected to it. This capacitance must not exceed a certain value of about 60 to 100 pF, so that the input circuit of the car radio connected to the coaxial angled plug is not adversely affected.

Aufgabetask

The invention has for its object to develop a coaxial angled connector according to the preamble of claim 1 such that an angled connector is formed with an integrated capacitor and that this angled connector has a simple and space-saving design.

Lösung und erzielbare VorteileSolution and achievable advantages

This object is achieved in a coaxial angled connector according to the preamble of claim 1 by the features listed in the characterizing part of this claim.

Such a coaxial angled plug has the advantage of a simple and space-saving construction. Advantageous further developments of the coaxial angled connector are listed in the subclaims. A coaxial right-angled connector is particularly advantageous, in which the capacitor is designed as a tubular feedthrough capacitor and forms the pin-shaped inner conductor of the coaxial socket, the electrically conductive inner lining of the feedthrough capacitor being guided outwards around an end region and the outer lining being insulated from this end region. The capacitor is thus located within the coaxial socket and therefore does not take up any additional space.

In FIG. 1, 10 denotes a coaxial angled plug molded with insulating material 11, which contains a printed circuit board 12. The circuit board carries on its top 13 a cable clamp 14 with two parallel tabs 15 which are inserted through parallel slots 16 of the circuit board; see. also Fig. 2. The cable clamp receives the stripped end of a coaxial antenna cable 17 in the area of the outer conductor 18 placed over the outer insulation of the antenna cable. An inner conductor 19 of the antenna cable is bent downwards and inserted through an opening 20 in the circuit board. The circuit board 12 also carries a capacitor 22, the parallel connections 23 of which are inserted through openings 24 and 25 of the circuit board. Finally, a coaxial socket 26 is also attached to the circuit board, which consists of a sleeve-shaped outer conductor 27 and a pin-shaped inner conductor 28. The sleeve-shaped outer conductor 27 has at its lower end play four tabs 29, which are inserted through corresponding slots 30 of the circuit board 12. The pin-shaped inner conductor 28 of the coaxial socket 26 is fastened in an opening 31 of the circuit board, for example by riveting.

The circuit board 12 preferably has the outer shape shown in FIG. 2, that is to say a narrow area 32 which merges into a round area 33. The narrow area 32 is adapted to the dimensions of the cable clamp 14 and the round area 33 to the outer diameter of the coaxial socket 26. On its underside, the printed circuit board carries conductor tracks 35, 36 and conductor surfaces 37 which provide the necessary electrical connections between the cable clamp 14 and the sleeve-shaped outer conductor 27, the inner cable 19 and one connection of the capacitor 22 and the other connection of the capacitor and the pin-shaped inner conductor 28 produce. According to the embodiment in FIGS. 1 and 2, the printed circuit board equipped with the components mentioned is suitable for dip soldering.

The coaxial angled connector 10 is overmolded with the insulating material 11 in such a way that a non-stripped part 38 of the antenna cable 17 is also detected and that the opening 39 of the sleeve-shaped outer conductor 27 remains free.

According to an embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the capacitor designated in FIG. 1 by 22 is replaced by a chip capacitor 40, which is preferably cuboid in shape and has two connecting surfaces 41 and 42 of two conductor tracks 44 and 45 is preferably attached by soft soldering.

In a further exemplary embodiment (FIG. 5), a tubular capacitor 52 is inserted into an opening 50 in a printed circuit board 51. The capacitor 52 consists of a ceramic tube 53, which is provided with a conductive inner coating 54. The inner lining is guided outwards at the lower end of the ceramic tube 53 around the lower end face, and an outer lining 55 of the ceramic tube is insulated from the outer area 56 of the inner lining 54. The ceramic tube is on his Provide the free end with a conical taper 57, so that the tubular capacitor 52 simultaneously forms the pin-shaped inner conductor for the coaxial socket 58. The printed circuit board 51 carries on the top and the underside conductor tracks and conductor surfaces, of which the conductor tracks 59, 60 connect the outer region 56 to the inner conductor 61 of a coaxial cable 62. An opening 63 of the circuit board 51 serves to receive the free end of the angled inner conductor 61 and, in this exemplary embodiment, is located within the coaxial socket 58. The space available for the coaxial angled plug is thus kept as small as possible.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 6, a coaxial socket 65 includes a block-shaped multilayer capacitor 66, which is fastened with its underside to a connecting surface 67 of a conductor track 68, preferably by soldering. On the upper side of the multilayer capacitor 66, a tubular inner conductor 69 with its flange 70 is also fastened, for example, by soldering. The flange 70 engages around the edge 71 of the multilayer capacitor 66 in order to give the inner conductor 69 a firm hold on the multilayer capacitor.

In an exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 7, a pin-shaped inner conductor 74 of a coaxial socket 75 is fastened in an opening 76 in a printed circuit board 77, for example by riveting. On the underside 78 of the circuit board 77 there is a first conductor surface 79 which is penetrated by the inner conductor 74 and connected to it in a conductive manner, which together with a second conductor surface 81 which is present on the upper side 80 of the circuit board and is insulated from the inner conductor 74 forms, the dielectric of which is the circuit board 77. The inner conductor 83 of an antenna cable 84 is connected directly to the second conductor surface 81, preferably by soldering.

In a further exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 8 and 9, the capacitor is a disk capacitor 90 which is inserted vertically into an opening 91 in a printed circuit board 92. The capacitor coatings 93, 94 have conductor tracks 95, 96 on the top and bottom of the conductors plate conductively connected. The conductor tracks 95 and 96 establish an electrical connection between a pin-shaped inner conductor 97 of a coaxial socket 98 and the angled end of the inner conductor 99 of a coaxial antenna cable 100.

Another embodiment of a coaxial right-angle connector is shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. The coaxial angle plug 110 contains a printed circuit board 111 with two chip capacitors 112 and 113, which are electrically connected in parallel in order to realize capacitance values that lie between the standardized capacitance values for chip capacitors. The circuit board 111 has a narrow region 114, which is followed by a round region 115. The free end of the narrow area 114 contains an opening 116 in which an inner conductor socket 117 is fastened, into which the inner conductor 118 of a coaxial antenna cable 119 stripped at the end is inserted. The circuit board 111 carries on its underside an approximately T-shaped conductor surface 120 which connects the inner conductor socket 117 located in the opening 116 to first connections of the chip capacitors 112 and 113. The second connections of the chip capacitors are connected to a conductor track 121, which is arranged parallel to the horizontal part of the T-shaped conductor surface 120 and merges into a connecting eye 122 over half the length. The connection eye surrounds an opening 124 of the circuit board 111. The opening receives a pin-shaped inner conductor 125 of a coaxial socket 126. The coaxial socket includes a cap-shaped outer conductor 127, in which the round region 115 of the circuit board 111 is accommodated such that the pin-shaped inner conductor 125 is aligned coaxially with the axial direction of the cap-shaped outer conductor 127. The bottom 128 of the outer conductor 127 merges into an elongated, preferably trough-shaped extension 129, in which the end of the antenna cable 119 rests. The outer conductor 130 of the cable, which is folded over the outer insulation of the antenna cable, is connected to the attachment, for example by means of clamping tabs 131 belonging to the attachment.

The coaxial angled plug according to FIGS. 10 and 11 is extrusion-coated with insulating material 132, as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1.
