Abstract
Ein Aluminium-Ventilstößel einer Brennkraftmaschine weist eine Oberflächenbeschichtung in Form einer mit einem Härtebildner versehenen Nickel-Dispersionsschicht auf. Zwischen dem Aluminium-Grundwerkstoff (1) sowie der Oberflächenbeschichtung (4) ist eine Zwischenschicht (3) vorgesehen, deren Härte zwischen der des Aluminium- Grundwerkstoffes sowie der Oberflächenbeschichtung liegt. Auf diese Weise hält der beschichtete Ventil stößel höchsten Flächenpressungen und Schubspannungen Stand.
