Abstract
Description
In Bildsichtgeräten, insbesondere Fernsehgeräten, wird aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen angestrebt, Induktivitäten derart zusammenzufassen, daß zwei Spulen auf einen Spulenkörper gewickelt werden. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine solche, zwei Spulen auf einem gemeinsamen Spulenkörper aufweisende Spulenanordnung (Duo-Spule).In image viewing devices, in particular television sets, for economic reasons the aim is to combine inductors in such a way that two coils are wound on a bobbin. The invention relates to such a coil arrangement (duo coil) having two coils on a common coil former.
Kombinationsspulen der vorgenannten Art sind bereits aus der EP-B-0 171 690 bekannt. Diese bekannten Spulen haben eine Reihe von Nachteilen. Bei ihnen sind die Wicklungen fast 100%-ig verkoppelt, wodurch ein Abgleich schwierig wird. Ferner bedingen die unvermeidlichen Fertigungstoleranzen bei ihnen einen hohen Meßaufwand und ergeben eine hohe Ausschußquote, da eine Nachbesserung praktisch unmöglich ist. Außerdem werden die Wicklungen durch vom jeweils anderen Feld hervorgerufene Wirbelstromverluste erwärmt. Schließlich muß eine erforderliche Dämpfung der Treiberschaltung mittels des externen Lastwiderstandes realisiert werden.Combination coils of the aforementioned type are already known from EP-B-0 171 690. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Duo-Spule sind die einzelnen Spulen, ggf. jeweils mit einem eigenen Kern, in einem beträchtlichen gegenseitigen Abstand auf dem gemeinsamen Spulenkörper angeordnet, wodurch die Verkopplung minimiert wird. Die noch vorhandene Restverkopplung wird im Bedarfsfalle durch eine unkritische gegenläufige Wicklung bis auf einen vernachlässigbaren Wert herabgemindert.In the duo coil according to the invention, the individual coils, each with its own core, if necessary, are arranged at a considerable mutual distance on the common coil body, as a result of which the coupling is minimized. Die erfindungsgemäße Duo-Spule weist gegenüber den oben geschilderten bekannten Spulenanordnungen insbesondere folgende Vorteile auf:
- 1) Der Abgleich kann entfallen, da nur die geringe Restverkopplung bedingt durch den mechanischen Aufbau kompensiert zu werden braucht und dies durch einige gegenläufige bzw. gegensinnig geschaltete Windungen auf den Wicklungen der anderen Spule geschieht,
- 2) Der Kupferbedarf ist geringer,
- 3) Die Wickelzeit wird herabgesetzt,
- 4) Die Wirbelstromverluste sind geringer, da die Wicklungen nicht mehr vom jeweilig anderen Feld geschnitten werden; dadurch wird ein kleinerer Kupferquerschnitt möglich,
- 5) Bei einer Schaltung mit Treibertransformator kann dieser zur Dämpfung der Schaltung herangezogen werden, wodurch der oben erwähnte Last-Widerstand entfallen kann. Es ergibt sich somit eine wirtschaftliche Einsparung. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung kann jedoch allgemein überall dort angewendet werden, wo es möglich ist, aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen zwei Spulen auf einen gemeinsamen Spulenkörper zu wickeln.

Gemäß Fig. 1 weist die Duo-Spule einen Spulenkörper 1 mit Fuß und Anschlußstiften auf. Der Spulenkörper 1 ist mit vier Flanschen 2 versehen, die zwei Wicklungskammern 3 und 4 bilden. In Fig. 2 sind die relative Stellung zweier Kerne 9 und 10 im Spulenkörper 1 und die Verteilung der Wicklungen aus Fig. 3 in den Wicklungskammern 3 und 4 aufgezeigt. Mit 5 ist die eigentliche Vertikalwicklung W3a aus Fig. 3 bezeichnet, die sich in der in Fig. 3 mit W3B bezeichneten Kompensationswicklung 8 fortsetzt, die aus einigen Windungen besteht und sich gegensinnig über die ganze Wickelbreite in der Wicklungskammer 3 erstreckt die auch eine in Fig. 3 mit W1 bezeichnete sekundäre Treiberwicklung 6 und eine in Fig. 3 mit W2 bezeichnete primäre Treiberwicklung 7 aufnimmt. Claims (1)
- Two coils on a coil arrangement comprising a common coil body (twin coil), characterised thereby that the two coils (W1, W2 or W3A) in a given case each with an own magnet core (10 or 9) are arranged at an appreciable spacing from one another on the coil body (1) and that the respective residual coupling of the coils (W1, W2, W3A) is eliminated by a compensating winding (W3B) wound or wired in opposite sense.
