Abstract

Bei wäßrigen Oberflächenbehandlungsmitteln für Polymerfasern auf Basis einer Harzzubereitung sollte die textile Bearbeitbarkeit der damit behandelnden Fasern und die Bindungsfestigkeit der Fasern zu einer Matrix verbessert werden. Dies gelang dadurch, daß man
- 1 - 30 Gew.-% eines polaren Phenoplasts vom Resoltyp
- 2 - 40 Gew.-% eines mit Resolen vernetzbaren Copolymeren einer radikalisch polymerisierbaren aromatischen Hydroxymethyl- und/oder Methylhalogenverbindung sowie
Wasser zur Ergänzung auf 100 Gew.-%, wobei
gewünschtenfalls bis zu 5 Gew.-% an weiteren Haftverbes­ serern miteinander kombiniert. In the case of aqueous surface treatment agents for polymer fibers based on a resin preparation, the textile processability of the fibers treated with them and the bond strength of the fibers to a matrix should be improved. This was achieved by:
- 1 - 30 wt .-% of a polar phenolic of the resol type
- 2 - 40 wt .-% of a copolymer which can be crosslinked with resols of a free-radically polymerizable aromatic hydroxymethyl and / or methylhalogen compound and
Water to make up to 100% by weight, whereby
if desired, up to 5% by weight of further adhesion improvers can be combined with one another.
