Abstract

Danach wird der Be trag der Rückfederung durch Messung des effektiven Biegewinkels nach der ersten Biegeoperation ermittelt. Nun wird der Matri zenboden (22) derart verstellt, dass bei der nachfolgenden, zweiten Biegeoperation ein Biegewinkel resultieren würde, der dem gegebenen Endbiegewinkel minus dem Betrag der Rückfederung entspricht. Nach der Entlastung des Werkstückes nach der zwei ten Biegeoperation wird das Werkstück derart zurückfedern, dass es genau den erwünschten Endbiegewinkel besitzt.
