Abstract

Bei den bekannten Vorrichtungen zum Füllen von Konser­vendosen mit einem zähplastisch stückigem Füllgut, bei­spielsweise Tierfutter, stellt sich bei dem Portionieren der in jeweils eine Konservendose abzufüllenden Menge das Problem, daß überstehende Stücke abgeschnitten wer­den müssen. Die bisher bekannten Abfüllvorrichtungen setzen zu diesem Zweck Messer ein. 1. Vorrichtung zum Füllen von Konservendosen mit einem zähplastisch stückigen Füllgut, gekennzeichnet durch
- einen das Füllgut aufnehmenden Füllbehälter (10), der einseitig mit einer Ausnehmung (12) versehenen Dichtplatte (14) abgedeckt ist,
- eine Vielzahl von an dem Füllbehälter (10) zur Auf­nahme des Füllguts vorbeigeführte, mit einem Dicht­flansch (18) versehene Füllzylinder (16), wobei
- die Füllzylinder (16) bei dem Vorbeiführen an der Dichtplatte (14) flächig auf dieser aufliegen, so daß das von dem Füllbehälter (10) auf die an diesem vorbei­wandernden Füllzylinder (16) übergebene Füllgut zwischen Dichtplatte (14) und dem jeweiligen Dichtflansch (18) abgeschert wird.
