Definitions
- the invention relates to an electrical coupling device with a knife strip fixedly arranged on a device frame and a housing which can be attached in the bearing of the device frame by means of two articulated pins which are formed alongside one another at the same axis and at a distance from one another, with a socket strip accommodated in this and with articulated on the device frame in Link grooves of the housing with levers that can be inserted with link blocks for pivoting the housing onto the device frame and coding means arranged on the device frame and housing
- the socket strip housing has, between the hinge pins, adjacent to each other on breakable contours prepared slits with ends open in the plug-in direction at the front, and in that the device frame between the hinge pin bearings has at least one interchangeably firmly inserted in device frame openings and in Slits of the female connector housing insertable coding pin carries.
- the socket strip housing is preferably formed between the two hinge pins by a flat strip which has the slits prepared by break-out contours.
- Link blocks of the levers each have a conically tapering link part with a transversely extending link groove part and that the transverse link groove parts have one behind the other with two arched serving as rests for the link blocks
- Indentations are provided as a pre-latching and locking position.
- a partial pivoting of the housing in conjunction with the double levers carrying the sliding blocks by engaging the sliding blocks in one retraction enables the housing to be pre-locked, from which further pivoting of the double levers and moving the sliding blocks into the other Retraction of the housing on the device frame can take place.
- the recesses for the locking position expediently extend in front of the vertical connecting line of the central axis of the pins to Device frame, whereby an overstroke is achieved for the double lever, which prevents unintentional automatic release.
- the two levers are designed as double levers with lever arms of different lengths and to be connected to one another by means of a web, the levers being mounted on the device frame by means of pins, while the short lever arms carry the sliding blocks.
- the lever arms and the web can be formed by a one-piece molded part and the pins and / or the sliding blocks for stability improvements by deep-drawn approaches arranged on the lever arms
- an axial fixation of the double lever on the device frame can also be achieved in that the lugs forming the journals each have an expression and the associated journal bearings for the working and rest positions of the double levers each offset a through opening adjoining the journal bearings for the expressions of the Have approaches.
- the insertion or removal of the lugs from the journal bearings is possible simply by juxtaposing expressions and through openings for them.
- FIG. 1 is a coupling device in side view, partially in section

- Fig. 8 by double lifting! formed part, in side view
- Fig. 9 is a partial section of a pin, according to a
- Fig. 10 a pin in front view
- Fig. 11 is a partial section of a pin of another
- Fi g. i mi t st 1 ei n Ge-ra ⁇ te frame bezei seframe z. B. can be arranged in a motor vehicle / ug and carries a multi-pole male connector 2.
- 3 is a socket strip housing, which accommodates socket sleeves 5 in recesses 4 (FIG. 4) which can be contacted with knife pins 2 'of the knife strip 2.
- the device frame 1 has parallel side walls 6 which accommodate the socket strip housing 3 between them.
- double levers 8 with lever arms 8 'and 8''of different lengths are articulated by means of pins 7, their smaller lever arms 8' each carry a further pin 9 serving as a sliding block and their long lever arms 8 '' on free end are firmly connected to each other by a web 10.
- the double levers 8 can be swung out from a dash-dotted position for the female connector housing 3 in a vol 1geze chnet dome position and vice versa.
- the socket strip housing 3 is held pivotably by pivot pins 11 on pivot pin bearings 12 of the device frame 1.
- the pin 7 of the double lever 8 are, as shown in FIGS. 4 and
- the socket strip housing 2 When the pivot pin 11 is inserted into the pivot pin bearing, the socket strip housing 2 initially assumes the position shown in broken lines in FIG. 1. Subsequent pivoting of the socket strip housing 3 in the direction of the device frame 1 causes the pins 9 to move in the conical Kul issennutentei len 13 ', whereby the double levers 8 are partially pivoted in a clockwise direction by the pins 9 running on slopes 23. The pins 9 come into effect with a retraction 24 and the socket strip housing 3 is held pre-locked on the device frame 1. When pivoting the double lever 8 further in the clockwise direction of rotation, the pins 9 move over the part 13 ′′ and press the socket strip housing 3 into the coupling position shown in FIG. 1 on the device frame 1.
- the pins 9 engage in the other recesses 25 .
- the double levers 8 engage in the coupling position of the socket housing and device frame with an actuating projection 26 in a recess 27 of the socket strip housing 3.
- a suitable tool e.g. B. screwdriver into the recess 27, the double lever 8 can be pivoted back and the socket strip housing 3 can Device frame 1 can be removed.
- the elevations 35 remaining between the indentations 24, 25 lead to a noticeable resistance when interacting with the pins 9 in the manner of a pressure point.
- the socket strip housing 3 has a flat strip 28 which has a number of prepared tongues 30 which can be broken out 29.
- At least one pin 31 is interchangeably fixedly or permanently assigned to the slots 30 on the device frame 1, so that a coding of the socket strip housing 3 can be achieved by corresponding interaction of the slots 30 and pins 31. It is understood that any number of pins 31 can be assigned to a number of slots 30 at the same time.
- the pins 7 and the pins 9 are by deep-drawn arrival rates (Fig. 7) formed and thus n saui e ⁇ g with
- a tab 36 is cut onto each of the pins 7, which prevent the pins 7 from inadvertently sliding out of the pin bearings 37 by bending back.
- the tabs 36 dip into the annular grooves 38 with play and come into contact with the inner boundary surfaces 39 of the annular grooves 38.
- the pins 7 each have an extension or expression 40 in the area of the circumferential surface which plunge into undercut ring grooves 42 via through openings 41 offset from the release position and the working position of the socket strip housing and pivot freely allow the double lever 8.
- the pins 7 With play on the Sidewalls axially fixed, thereby preventing the pins 7 from inadvertently sliding out of the pin bearings 37.
