Claims (9)

1. Cigarette-lighter provided with an extinguisher formed by a cap (6, 6a) fixedly connected to the bottom of the body (1) of the cigarette-lighter and having a tapered inner wall (9), characterized in that the tapered inner wall of the cap is coaxial to the longitudinal axis of the body (1) of the cigarette-lighter and is connected to spherical sectors (10, 10a) joined by a plane part (10c), the surface of said tapered inner wall (9, 10) of the cap being polished and the diameter of the inlet of this cap corresponding substantially to its depth, in order to cause a squeezing and compacting of the initially incandescent portions of a cigarette thereby obtaining the rapid extinction thereof in order then to prevent a scattering of the ashes after extinction.
2. Cigarette-lighter according to claim 1, characterized in that the inlet (9a) of the tapered inner wall (9) is rounded.
3. Cigarette-lighter according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the cap (6) is connected to the body (1) of the cigarette-lighter by a bottom part (5) protruding beyond the lower part of the cap.
4. Cigarette-lighter according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cap (6a) directly forms the bottom of the body (1) of the cigarette-lighter.
5. Cigarette-lighter according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the cap (6) is added to the body (1) of the cigarette-lighter by means of an envelope (14) provided with locking means (15).
6. Cigarette-lighter according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises a flexible small plate (11) formed with a concavity (13) resiliently engaged in the inlet of the cap (6) and supported by a pin (12).
7. Cigarette-lighter according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the cap is made of metal.
8. Cigarette-lighter according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the cap is made of synthetic material.
9. Cigarette-lighter according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the conical shape of the tapered inner wall of the cap (6) is chosen to meet with diameter differences existing between cigarettes of different brands.
