Abstract

Le but du système et de l'appareillage selon l'invention c'est le façonnage de profils ondulés courbes en ciment avec au moins un filet en poly­ propylène incorporé pour empêcher la formation de fonces sur le côté intérieur du profil (13') sujet à com­ pression pendant la phase de courbure. Ce résultat est obtenu par la création dans le profil (13') et à espa­ cements appropriés (25) de plis ou nervures qui nivèlent le froncement, orientés transversalement aux creux du profil (15) et qui constituent aussi des zones de ren­ forcement du produit résultant. L'appareillage comprend une plate-forme aspirante (11) à plusieurs secteurs (21) présentant des enfoncements (23) et un contre-moule complémentaire (12) présentant des reliefs (24) pour créer les plis ou les nervures.
