Abstract

Les organes coupants sont constitués de lames de couteau (3) montées en saillies sur la surface d'un tambour (2), les lames (3) étant montées sur pivots (8) de manière à pouvoir pivoter chacune dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal du tambour (2), les lames (3) étant disposées de manière à passer entre les dents (6) d'un peigne (5) lorsque le tambour est animé d'un mouvement de rotation autour de son axe longitudinal, et le tambour (2) est couplé à un moteur d'entraínement (4) capable de le faire tourner à vitesse élevée. Le peigne (5) est agencé pour pouvoir régler l'écartement des dents (6) de manière à permet­ tre un réglage du calibre des morceaux hâchés.
