Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für den programm­gesteuerten Schußeinschlag in zwei verschiedene Fächer einer Düsenwebmaschine.The invention relates to a device for program-controlled weft insertion into two different compartments of a jet loom.

Bekannt ist eine Vorrichtung für den Einschlag von zwei Schußfäden in zwei verschiedene Fächer einer Webmaschine, bei der die Fächer nebeneinander oder übereinander ange­ordnet sind. Bei nebeneinander angeordneten Fächern ist die Einschlagsvorrichtung zwischen den Fächern unterge­bracht; es handelt sich hier um den sogenannten Mittel­schlag. Bei derart angeordneten Fächern läßt sich eine Zweifarbmusterung durch Programmwechsel der Düsen erzie­len, durch die der Schußfaden in das Fach eingetragen wird, wobei der Schußfaden den beiden Schußeinschlag­systemen ununterbrochen zugeführt wird. Zur Erzielung dieses Schußfadenwechsels sind Einrichtungen bekannt, die entweder die Düsen um 180° drehen oder den Schußfaden von der einen Seite auf die andere mit Preßluft befördern. Der Nachteil dieser Einrichtungen besteht darin, daß sie kompliziert und folglich auch kostspielig sind.A device for knocking two weft threads into two different compartments of a weaving machine is known, in which the compartments are arranged side by side or one above the other. Durch einen seitlichen Anschluß 14 strömt ein Druckmedium in das als Ringkammer ausgebildete Misch­fach 12, an das eine langgestreckte Ausgangskammer 15 an­schließt. Die ganze Düse 1 ist auf einem Zapfen 9 schwenk­bar gelagert. Gegenüber der Mündung der Ausgangskammer 15 ist ein Ansatz 8 angeordnet, der zwei gegensinnige Rohr­zweige 6, 7 aufweist. Jeder Rohrzweig 6, 7 besitzt einen schrägen, zum Ausströmende des Röhrchens 15 weisenden Ein­ strömabschnitt und einen geraden Strömungsabschnitt in der Zeichenebene. Claims (4)

1. Vorrichtung für den Schußeinschlag in zwei verschie­dene Fächer einer Webmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Düse (1) mit zwei Ausgängen (6, 7) und einer ge­meinsamen Zuführung (14) für ein Druckmedium, das pro­grammgesteuert in jeweils einen Ausgang (6 oder 7) ge­richtet wird.
