Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen entlang der Koksseite einer Koksofenbatterie verfahrbaren Kokslöschbehälter mit doppelwandiger Boden- und Seitenausbildung und zur rampenseitigen Auslaßöffnung geneigter Bodenfläche, wobei die Löschwasserzufuhr durch Öffnungen der Bodenfläche und der unteren Bereiche der Seitenflächen vorgesehen ist.The invention relates to a coke extinguishing container which can be moved along the coke side of a coke oven battery and has a double-walled base and side formation and a base surface inclined to the ramp-side outlet opening, the fire water supply being provided through openings in the base surface and the lower regions of the side surfaces.
Ein derartiger Kokslöschbehälter ist bekannt durch die DE-PS 33 44 828. Dieser ist bestimmt für ein kombiniertes Kokslöschverfahren, nämlich einerseits durch Zufuhr des Löschwassers von unten durch die vorstehend erwähnten Öffnungen, andererseits durch Aufsprühen von Löschwasser auf den Koks von oben. Der Löschvorgang erfolgt hierbei in einem konventionellen Löschturm, wozu der Kokslöschbehälter notwendigerweise nach oben hin offen sein muß. Dies aber hat zur Folge, daß während des Löschens Koksteile von den gebildeten Löschdämpfen mitgerissen und in die Umgebung des Kokslöschbehälters getragen werden. Weiterhin ist es hierbei nicht möglich, das Wassergas zu gewinnen, das sich beim Kontakt des Wasserdampfes mit dem glühenden Koks bildet. Ebensowenig ist eine wirkungsvolle Erfassung der H₂S- und SO₂-Emissionen möglich.Such a coke extinguishing container is known from DE-PS 33 44 828. Dabei werden die Löschdämpfe und die darin enthaltenen Gase sowie mitgerissene Koksteile mittels des Deckels und der daran anschließenden Kanäle aufgefangen und der Reinigungseinrichtung zugeführt. Letztere kann mehrstufig ausgebildet sein und hierbei zum einen das Abscheiden von Feststoffteilen, zum anderen das Abtrennen von schwefelhaltigen Gasen und das Gewinnen von Wassergas bewirken.In the coke extinguishing container according to the invention, the coke is extinguished exclusively by the extinguishing water supplied from below. Eine Einrichtung zum Löschen von Koks, die mit einem Deckel versehen ist, ist zwar durch die DE-AS 23 2o o57 bekannt. Hierbei handelt es sich jedoch um ein Löschsystem, das einer gänzlich anderen Gattung zuzurechnen ist, nämlich der ausschließlichen Beaufschlagung des Kokses mit Löschwasser von oben her. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Deckel mit Eintrittsöffnungen für das Löschwasser versehen. Die sich bildenden Löschdämpfe durchziehen das Koksbett von oben nach unten und gelangen über ein Rostsystem, auf dem der Koks lagert, ins Freie. Bei diesem Rostsystem besteht die Gefahr, daß sich die Zwischenräume zwischen den einzelnen Roststäben mit Koksgrus zusetzen, wodurch ein gleichmäßiges Löschen des Kokses erschwert wird und der Koks mit ungleichmäßigem Wassergehalt anfällt.A device for extinguishing coke, which is provided with a lid, is known from DE-AS 23 2057. Durch diese Maßnahme wird eine längere Überhitzungsphase des Löschdampfes während des Löschens möglich. In ähnlicher Weise sind im unteren Bereich der Seitenwände 18, 19 Zweigleitungen 2o vorgesehen, die Löschwasser den mit 21 angedeuteten Seitenöffnungen nahe dem Boden 6 zuführen.
