Abstract
1. Verfahren zur Sumpfphasehydrierung mit nachgeschalteter Gasphasehydrierung fester kohlenstoffhaltiger Einsatzstoffe. 1. Process for the bottom phase hydrogenation with downstream gas phase hydrogenation more solid carbonaceous feedstocks.
2.1 Bei den bekannten Verfahren müssen definierte Eintrittstemperaturen im Sumpfphase- und Gasphasereaktor sowie bei der Kohleanmaischung eine konstante Phasengleichgewichtstemperatur im Zwischenabscheider für die direkte Lösungsmittelrückführung eingestellt werden. Dies wird erschwert durch veränderliche Wärmeübertragung infolge Verschmutzung der Maischewärmeaustauscher.
