Definitions
- the invention relates to a switch for a hair treatment device according to the preamble of patent claim 1
- a hair treatment device of this type is known from EP patent 0 052 325.
- the known hair treatment device consists of a motor 1 which drives a sleeve 6 in a handle 11, which in turn receives a winding mandrel 2 which is provided with openings 7.
- the winding mandrel 2 and sleeve 6 are provided with a suction channel 7.
- the handle is connected to a source of negative pressure via a hose 8.
- the housing 9 is molded onto the handle 11. It carries the hair dryer 3 with the outlet nozzle 4. The hot air flows out in the direction of flow 5.
- the switch 10 is now designed in such a way that it can fulfill the four functions specified at the outset when the task is discussed. For this purpose, it can be moved up and down (arrows 100 in FIG. 1). It can also be tilted (arrows 101 in FIG. 1).
- FIGS. 2 and 3 The structure that enables this is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
- the actual switch is formed by the plate 10, on both sides of which the switching cams 12 and 13 are formed.
- Guide webs 30 are in turn molded onto these switching cams on the outside. These guide webs run in a fixed frame 31.
- Truncated cones 21 are formed on the webs or the switching cams at the bottom, which are received by springs 22.
- the switch 10 can be moved up and down, whereby it is always pressed by the spring into the upper switching position and can be used by an operator who presses the lower actuating surface 20 'of the switch 10 on the handle 11.
- the switch 10 (plate 20 with switching cams 12, 13, guide webs 30 and truncated cones 21) within the frame 31 can be tilted from the position shown in FIG. 3 with its upper end to the left, until its surface 32 on the inner surface of the frame 31 abuts, while in the starting position shown, the surface 33 of the guide web 30 rests on the right inner surface of the frame 31.
- the switching cam 12 is formed in the form shown in Figure 2, that is, it has a sloping surface 12 'running from bottom right to top left. This surface causes when the switch is pressed down, that is, when moving from top to bottom, that the switching cam 12 acts on the contact spring 14 'of the first contact 14 and closes this contact therewith. This contact is used to switch on the drive motor 1 of the winding mandrel 2.
- the second switching cam 13 also has a surface 13 ', which is used for switching. However, this area runs parallel to the direction of up and down displacement of the entire switch 10 in the manner discussed above; the surface 13 'thus only leads to a switching contact with the contact spring 15' of the second contact 15 when the switch 10 is tilted in the manner discussed (direction 101 in Figure 1).
- the closing of the contact 15 by this closing movement can be implemented in terms of circuit to turn off the hair dryer 3, so that the motor 1 continues to run and also through the suction channel 7 and the openings 7 ', moist air is still sucked out of the hair wound on the mandrel 2 , but without simultaneous drying.
- the switch 10 is designed for easy handling with two finger recesses 40, 41, so that an operator, who includes the handle 11 and actuates the changeover switch 10 with his index finger, either puts his index finger into the recess 40 or 41 depending on whether you press the switch down, tilt it at the same time, or just want to tilt it in the upper position.
- the operating states are indicated schematically in FIG. 4.
- the upper of the three figures shows that, without tilting, the movement only leads from top to bottom so that the winding mandrel can be actuated in the lower position when the dryer is switched on.
- the winding mandrel is not driven; the hairdryer is switched off.
- the operating state which is shown in the lower of the three figures according to FIG. 4, the hair dryer is switched off, whereas the motor 1 for the winding mandrel 2 is switched on.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schalter für ein Haarbehandlungsgerät nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1The invention relates to a switch for a hair treatment device according to the preamble of
A hair treatment device of this type is known from EP patent 0 052 325.
- Wickeldorn in Ruhe Haartrockner ein;
- Wickeldorn in Betrieb, Haartrockner ein;
- Wickeldorn in Ruhe, Haartrockner aus;
- Wickeldorn in Betrieb, Haartrockner aus.Based on this, it is an object of the present invention to design the switch so that four functions are possible, namely
- Winding mandrel at rest in hair dryer;
- mandrel in operation, hair dryer on;
- winding mandrel at rest, hair dryer off;
- mandrel in operation, hair dryer off.
It should therefore be possible to switch the hair dryer and winding mandrel on and off independently of one another. This results in the four possible combinations mentioned. In particular, it is possible to run the mandrel without switching on the hair dryer, i.e. without drying and thus without heating, for example to treat the hair without drying, i.e. only for smoothing and / or shaping. This can also be desirable, for example, to cool the hair, since - in the known device - air is always sucked out through the openings in the mandrel and the hair wound on it.
According to the invention this object is achieved by means of
- 1 shows a hair treatment device in which the switch according to the invention is used;
- Figure 2 is an exploded view of an embodiment of the switch;
- Figure 3 is a view (corresponding to Figure 1), but in the larger part of the switch and the cooperating contact springs 14 'and 15' of the
14, 15;contacts - Figure 4 is a schematic representation to identify the operating conditions.
Die Ausströmung der Heißluft erfolgt in Strömungsrichtung 5.The known hair treatment device consists of a
According to the invention, the
The structure that enables this is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
As can be seen, the actual switch is formed by the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The operating states are indicated schematically in FIG. 4. The upper of the three figures shows that, without tilting, the movement only leads from top to bottom so that the winding mandrel can be actuated in the lower position when the dryer is switched on. The remains in the middle position Switch in an upper position, but is tilted. The winding mandrel is not driven; the hairdryer is switched off. In the operating state, which is shown in the lower of the three figures according to FIG. 4, the hair dryer is switched off, whereas the
