Abstract

Das Verfahren zur Aufbereitung von Flugasche aus Verbrennungs anlagen ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aschen je nach Herkunft und Zusammensetzung nacheinander in beliebiger Reihenfolge mindestens zwei der folgenden Trennverfahren unterworfen werden:
Flotation (6), Auftrennung im Hydrozyklon (7), nasse und/oder trockene Magnetabscheidung (5), Windsichtung (11), nasse und/oder trockene Siebung (, Sink-Schwimm-Scheidung, worauf gewünschtenfalls eine Entwässerung, Eindickung und Trocknung (9) erfolgt, wobei die trockene Magnetabscheidung, trockene Siebung und Windsichtung entweder vor dem nassen Trennverfahren oder nach der Trocknung erfolgen, worauf gewünschtenfalls eine Mahlung erfolgt. Die Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens besteht aus der in beliebiger Reihenfolge nacheinander schaltbaren Kombination von verschiedenen Trennvorrichtungen.
