Aus vorgereckter Kunststoff-Folie gefertigte Flaschen­kapseln, die sich auf Flaschenköpfe durch Wärmeeinwirkung aufschrumpfen lassen, sind bekannt. Bisher ist es üblich, die Kapselzuschnitte aus einem quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung vorgereckten Kunststoff-Folienband herzustellen, dessen Breite der Wickellänge des Kapselzuschnittes entspricht. Von dem in Querrichtung vorgereckten Folienband konnten dabei die Kapselzuschnitte einfach als Abschnitte mit einer der Kapselhöhe entsprechenden Länge abgeschnitten werden. Für die Aufreißbänder konnten von gleichen Folien­band schmale Querstreifen abgetrennt und anschließend auf der Innenseite des Kapselzuschnittes befestigt werden. Der einfachen Fertigung der Flaschenkapseln aus quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung vorgereckter Kunststoff-Folie steht aber der Nachteil entgegen, daß quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung vorge­reckte Kunststoff-Folie teurer in der Herstellung ist als in der Längsrichtung vorgereckte Kunststoff-Folie.Bottle caps made from pre-stretched plastic film, which can be shrunk onto bottle heads by the action of heat, are known. Die gestellte Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß bei der Flaschenkapsel sowohl der Kunststoff-Folien­zuschnitt für die Kapsel als auch das Aufreißband aus einer in ihrer Längsrichtung vorgereckten Folienbahn ge­fertigt ist. Erfindungsgemäß lassen sich solche Flaschen­kapseln nach einem Verfahren preisgüngstig herstellen, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß ein in Längsrichtung vor­gerecktes, einseitig mit einem siegel-oder klebefähigen Medium beschichtetes Kunststoff-Folienband durch Quer­schnitte, die in Abständen geführt werden, welche min­destens der gewünschten Länge des mit dem Folienzuschnitt in Verbindung kommenden größeren Teiles des Aufreißbandes entsprechen, zunächst in einzelne Abschnitte getrennt wird, daß die einzelnen Folienbahnabschnitte entlang ihrer Bahnlängsränder mit geringfügiger Überlappung zu einem neuen Band aneinandergeklebt werden, aus welchem wiederum durch Querschnitte in ihrer Längsrichtung vorgereckte Auf­reißbänder gewonnen werden, und daß abschließend die Auf­reißbändchen auf die aus einem anderen, ebenfalls in Längsrichtung vorgereckten Kunststoff-Folienband geschnit­tenen oder gestanzten Kapselzuschnitte auf die Vorreck­richtung ausgerichtet aufgeklebt werden.The object is achieved according to the invention in that in the bottle capsule both the plastic film cut for the capsule and the tear strip are made from a film web stretched in its longitudinal direction. Mit dem Verfahren gemäß der Erfindung lassen sich Flaschenkapseln, die gemeinsam mit ihrem Aufreißband schrumpfen können, aus in Längsrichtung vorgereckten Kunststoff-Folienbändern ohne großen Bandabfall fertigen. Dabei kann das zur Bildung der Aufreißbänder dienende, in Längsrichtung vorgereckte Kunststoff-Folienband auch ein Randstreifen des längsgereckten Kunststoff-Folienbandes sein, aus welchem die Kapselzuschnitte gefertigt werden. Dieser Randstreifen wird zunächst vom handelsüblichen vor­gereckten Kunststoff-Folienband abgetrennt. Es kann auch ein beim Bedrucken der Folie angefallener Abfallstreifen sein. Der Kapselkörper 11 ist auf seiner Oberseite 14 in bekannter Weise durch Einfalten eines in Fig. 2 bezeichneten Randabschnittes 15 des Kapselzuschnit­tels 12 geschlossen. Ansonsten erhält der Kopfteil 17 der Kapsel durch eine Prägung nach dem Wickeln des Kapselzu­ schnittes 12 ein einem Flaschenkopf angepaßtes Aussehen, insbesondere durch das Anbringen einer Umfangssicke 16 und einer oberen Abschlußschulter 18. Im Kopfbereich ist die Flaschenkapsel 10 mit einem in Umfangsrichtung verlaufen­den Aufreißband 19 versehen, das ebenfalls aus einer vorgereckten Kunststoff-Folie gefertigt ist, wobei die Vorreckrichtung in der Längsrichtung des Aufreißbandes verlaufen muß, damit das Aufreißband 19 zusammen mit der Flaschenkapsel 11 in der gleichen Richtung schrumpfen kann. Der abgetrennte Randstreifen 24 der längsgereckten Folienbahn ist auf eine Vorratsrolle 27 ge­wickelt und wird von dieser mittels einer Vorschubwalze 28 schrittweise abgezogen und einem Querschneidmesser 29 zu­geführt, mit welchem von dem Folienband 24 gleiche Ab­schnitte abgetrennt werden, deren Länge mindestens der ge­wünschten Länge des Aufreißbandes 19 entspricht, mit wel­cher das Aufreißband 19 in Verbindung mit dem Flaschenzu­schnitt 12 gebracht werden soll. Die einzelnen Abschnit­te 30 werden mit geringfügiger Überlappung 33 mittels einer Klebvorrichtung 34 zu einem neuen Band 35 zusammen­gehängt, in welchem die Vorreckrichtung quer zur Längs­richtung dieses neuen Bandes 35 verläuft. Gleichzeitig wird von einer Vorratsrolle 36 ein schmales Aluminiumband 37 für Griffenden der Aufreißbänder 19 über eine Umlenk­vorrichtung 38 dem neuen Band 35 zugeführt und entlang seines einen Randes mit ihm verbunden. Flaschenkapsel, aus einem vorgereckten Kunststoff-­Folienzuschnitt gewickelt, mit einem auf der Innenseite der Kapsel befestigten, an einer Stelle über den Kapselzuschnitt vorstehenden Aufreißband, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß sowohl der Kunststoff-Folienzuschnitt (12) für die Kapsel (10) als auch das Aufreißband (19) aus einer in ihrer Längsrichtung vorgereckten Folien­bahn (13, 24) gefertigt ist.1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer mit einem Aufreißband versehenen Flaschenkapsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß ein in Längsrichtung vorgerecktes, einseitig mit einem siegel- oder klebefähigen Medium beschichteten Kunststoff-Folienband (24) durch Quer­schnitte, die in Abständen geführt werden, welche min­destens der gewünschten Länge des mit dem Kapselzu­schnitt (12) in Verbindung kommenden größeren Teiles des Aufreißbandes (19) entsprechen, zunächst in einzel­ne Abschnitte (30) getrennt wird, daß die einzelnen Folienbahnabschnitte (30) entlang ihrer Bahnlängsrän­der mit geringfügiger Überlappung (33) zu einem neuen Band (35) aneinandergeklebt werden, aus welchem wie­derum durch Querschnitte in ihrer Längsrichtung vorge­reckte Aufreißbänder (19) gewonnen werden, und daß ab­schließend die Aufreißbänder (19) auf die aus einem anderen, ebenfalls in Längsrichtung vorgereckten Kunststoff-Folienband (13) geschnittenen oder gestanz­ten Kapselzuschnitte (12) auf die Vorreckrichtung aus­gerichtet aufgeklebt werden.2.
