In Fig.1 ist als Ausführungsbeispiel eines Gestelles ein Waschtisch 10 dargestellt. In den oberen Rand der Aussparung 13 ist eine umlaufende Nut eingearbeitet, die von einer waagerechten Lagerfläche 16 und einer gegenüber der Vertikalen um wenige Grad geneigten Stirnfläche 17 begrenzt ist. Der Tragflansch 18 ruht dann auf dem von der Lagerfläche 16 unten abgestützten und zusammengedrückten Moosgummistreifen so auf, daß seine Oberfläche mit der Oberfläche des Trägers 11 fluchtet und die beiden Stirnflächen 17 und 19 einen Zwischenraum begrenzen, der unten bis etwa zu seiner halben Höhe vom Moosgummistreifen 23 dichtend ausgefüllt ist. Das Formteil 12 ist mittels Klammern 22, die sich an der Unterseite der Holzspanplatte 14 abstützen, so mit dieser fest verbunden, daß der von den Stirnflächen 17 und 19 gebildete Zwischenraum an der Oberfläche der Tischplatte einen nur ein bis zwei Millimeter schmalen, um das Formteil 12 umlaufenden Spalt 21 gleicher Breite bildet und der Moosgummistreifen 23 zwischen dem Tragflansch 18 und der Lagerfläche 16 so stark zusammengedrückt wird, daß die beim Gebrauch zu erwartenden Belastungen des Formteils 12 nicht zu einem weiteren Zusammendrücken des Moosgummistreifens führen können. Durch den Spalt 21 wird dann mittels der Düse einer beheizten Pistole ein Heißschmelzkleber, vorzugsweise ein heißschmelzendes Polyurethan, in den vom Moosgummistreifen 23 freigebliebenen Teil des Zwischenraumes eingespritzt. Nach dem Einspritzen wird der erhärtete Heißschmelzkleber über dem Spalt 21 eben abgestochen oder abgeschnitten, so daß er mit der Oberfläche der Folie 15 und des Tragflansches 18 eine glatte Ebene bildet. Heißschmelzkleber, insbesondere heißschmelzendes Polyurethan, haben hervorragende Klebeeigenschaften, so daß der den oberen Teil des Zwischenraumes zwischen den Stirnflächen 17 und 19 ausfüllende Kleber eine Dichtungsleiste 24 bildet, die mit der rauhen Stirnfläche 17 der Spanplatte 14 und mit den verhältnismäßig glatten Schnittflächen der Folie 15 und des die Stirnfläche 19 bildenden Tragflansches 18 des Formteils 12 so innig verbunden ist, daß ein Wassereintritt praktisch ausgeschlossen ist. Selbst wenn durch extreme Temperaturunterschiede sich die Dichtungsleiste 24 von dem Formteil 12 löste und sich dadurch Risse bildeten, wäre eine Abdichtung zwischen Formteil 12 und Träger 11 durch den Moosgummistreifen gewährleistet. Bei den bei Küchenspülen, Waschtischen u.dgl. praktisch in Frage kommenden Temperaturunterschieden sind jedoch bei den bisher durchgeführten Versuchen niemals Risse entstanden. Wenn der Formteil 12 ausgewechselt werden muß, kann mit einem geeigneten Messer, z.B. einem Teppichmesser, die Dichtungsleiste 24 bis in den Moosgummistreifen 23 durchstoßen und durchgeschnitten werden, so daß dann der Formteil 12 leicht herausgenommen und nach dem Reinigen der Nut gegen einen neuen ausgetauscht werden kann, da der Moosgummistreifen 23 mit den angrenzenden Flächen der Nut und des Tragflansches keine feste Klebverbindung eingeht.The molded part 12 designed as a wash bowl has a support flange 18 which, like the end face 17, also has an end face 19 formed from straight lateral surfaces lying in vertical planes.
