Abstract

La cassette (1), de forme générale parallélé­ pipédique, sensiblement cubique, contient une tulipe porte­ caractères (3) et porte deux bobines (8) pour le ruban en­ creur (9). Le brin actif du ruban, entre les deux bobines, est "redressé" par un dispositif redresseur qui le fait passer d'une position dans laquelle il est situé dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe (7) de la tuli­ pe porte-caractères dans un plan dans lequel il est situé sensiblement parallèlement à cet axe, en regard du point de frappe, pour retourner dans un plan perpendiculaire à cet axe à partir duquel il s'enroule sur la bobine cap­ trice. Ainsi, une seule et même cassette (1) est commune au support de caractères (3) et au ruban encreur (9) ce qui accroít la commodité d'emploi de la machine.
