Abstract

At least two contact pairs, a gear wheel and a leaf spring are provided in a pulse generator, the end of the leaf spring engaging in a latching manner in a tooth gap of the gear wheel, in the quiescent position. After each rotation angle, corresponding to one tooth pitch, after deflection by a tooth, the end of the leaf spring springs into the next tooth gap in a latching manner and, depending on the direction of rotation of the gear wheel, one of the contact pairs can be switched per tooth pitch in each case once. To avoid missing pulses, or additional pulses as a result of contact bouncing, one of the contact pairs (33, 35; 33, 36; 34, 37; 34, 38) is arranged on each side of the leaf spring (12). Movable transverse slides (17, 18) are assigned to the leaf spring (12) such that, when the gear wheel (7) rotates in the one direction of rotation, the first transverse slide (17) can move, and the first contact pair (34, 37 and/or 37, 38) can be operated, and the second transverse slide (18) remains in its quiescent position, and such that, on rotation of the gear wheel (7) in the other direction of rotation, the second transverse slide (18) can move, and the second contact pair (33, 36 and/or 33, 35) can be operated, and the first transverse slide (17) remains in its quiescent position. In addition, such a pulse generator is of compact construction and can be produced economically.

Description

The present invention relates to a pulse generator according to the preamble of claim 1.

In such pulse generators known from DE-OS 31 36 598 and 33 26 308, the movable contacts are attached directly to the leaf spring, each of which forms a pair of contacts with the associated fixed contacts.

Since the leaf spring tends to bounce vibrations particularly when operated slowly, it can happen that, although only one rotary movement has been made around a tooth, two or more contact closures occur.

The present invention is concerned inter alia with the task of designing a pulse generator in such a way that false pulses, such as additional pulses due to contact bruises, are avoided, the pulse generator is simple in construction, efficient to manufacture and a compact design is possible.

This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. By using cross slides with recesses, the leaf spring does not vibrate on the cross slides and therefore also not transferred to the contacts. The arrangement of the cross slide means that no large space is required, so that a pulse generator of small dimensions can be produced. Further advantageous details of the invention are specified in the subclaims and described below with reference to an exemplary embodiment illustrated in the drawing. Show it:

Im unteren Teil des Bodens 6 ist ein Zahnrad 7 vorgesehen, das mit seiner Drehachse 8 in einer im Boden 6 angebrachten Öffnung 9, z.B. einer außen am Boden 6 angebrachten oder angeformten Lagerbuchse 10, drehbar gelagert ist.1 designates a housing part made of insulating material or metal, which is advantageously designed in the form of a box lid or a trough and has two end faces 2 and 3, two side walls 4 and 5 and a bottom 6. In the lower part of the bottom 6 a gear 7 is provided, which with its axis of rotation 8 in an opening 9 made in the bottom 6, e.g. a bearing bush 10 attached or molded on the outside of the base 6 is rotatably mounted.

Das untere Ende 15 der Blattfeder 12 ragt in Ruhestellung in die oberste Zahnlücke 16 des Zahnrades 7 und bestimmt so eine verrastete Ruhestellung des Zahnrades 7.Above the gear 7, a leaf spring 12 is attached vertically in the direction of the center point 11 of the gear 7, the upper end 13 of which is fastened in a fastening block 14 attached to the upper end face 2, in particular molded on. The attachment takes place, for example, by pressing in or deforming the attachment block 14, for example by squeezing or hot forming. The lower end 15 of the leaf spring 12 projects into the uppermost tooth space 16 of the gear 7 in the rest position and thus determines a locked rest position of the gear 7.

Between the gear 7 and the mounting block 14, two transverse slides 17 and 18 are arranged displaceably mounted perpendicular to the leaf spring 12. These can be arranged side by side, but preferably, as in the exemplary embodiment, one above the other. For displaceable mounting of the same, two guide tabs 19 are provided on the bottom 6 and / or on the side walls 4 and 5, each extending from the outside inwards perpendicular to the leaf spring 12. The guide tabs 19 on each side have a distance from one another which corresponds to the thickness of the two cross slides 17, 18 plus a small gap in the form of a plus tolerance, so that the cross slides 17, 18 used are mounted so as to be easily displaceable with as little play as possible.

The cross slide 17 and 18 are each provided with a recess 20 and 21, in which the leaf spring 12 engages. The recesses 20, 21 of the cross slide 17, 18 are arranged such that they are offset from one another in such a way that in the rest position of the leaf spring 12 and the toothed wheel 7, the end edges 22 and 23 of the recesses 20 and 21 facing the leaf spring 12 are at a short distance 24 from the leaf spring 12 are located. As a result, no vibrations of the leaf spring 12 can be transmitted to the cross slide 17 and 18 in the idle state.

In the same or, as in the exemplary embodiment, in a different plane than the leaf spring 12, a contact spring band 25 and 26 is arranged almost parallel to the leaf spring 12 on both sides thereof. The contact spring strips 25 and 26 are fastened, for example molded, with their lower ends 27 or 28 in the end face 3 or, according to the exemplary embodiment, in the end wall 29 of a base part 30. The bottom part 30 can be pushed into the housing part 1 or plugged onto it, so that a box-shaped housing is formed. This connection can be done by latching and / or gluing and / or welding, for example by means of ultrasound. The upper ends 31 and 32 of the contact spring strips 25 and 26 each have a movable contact 33 and 34 on both sides. Each movable contact 33, 34 is assigned two fixed contacts 35 and 36 or 37 and 38, the fixed contacts 35 and 37 with the associated movable contact 33 and 34, respectively, a normally closed contact, that is to say a closed contact pair in the rest position, and the fixed contacts 36 and 38 with the respectively associated movable contact 33 and 34, respectively, form a switching contact, that is to say a closed contact pair in the switching state .

The cross slides 17 and 18 each have a stop edge 39 or 40, which can be formed by a recess in the cross slide 17 or 18. The stop edges 39 and 40 can, however, also extend from the contact spring strips 25, 26 lying in another, but parallel plane reaching stop arms 41 and 42 of the cross slide 17 and 18 or by incisions on correspondingly wide cross slides.

The length of the cutouts 20 and 21 in the cross slides 17 and 18 is dimensioned such that with maximum deflection of the one cross slide 17 or 18 due to maximum deflection of the leaf spring 12 by the gear 7, the end edge 44 or 43 of the cutout 20 or 21 of the other cross slide 18 or 17 is not touched.

The contacting of the contacts of the pulse generator takes place via connection contacts 45 protruding through the base part 30, each of which is connected to an inner contact part, for example the contact spring strip 25 or 26 or one of the fixed contacts 35 to 38, or forms a structural unit with these. The connection contacts 45 can also be a Penetrate the side wall or an end face of the housing part 1 and protrude outwards.

The operation of the pulse generator according to the invention is as follows:
If the gear wheel 7 is rotated clockwise in FIG. 1, the leaf spring 12 is deflected to the right by the tooth located on the left of it. It strikes the end edge 22 of the cross slide 17 and shifts it to the right. As a result, the stop edge 39 of the cross slide 17 comes into operative connection with the contact spring band 26 and the latter is likewise deflected to the right against its own spring force. The left movable contact 34 lifts off the fixed contact 37 on which it previously rested under pretension. Finally, the right movable contact 34 is pressed against the fixed contact 38 and this pair of contacts is closed. The contact spring band 26 is bent a little to the right until the lower end 15 of the leaf spring 12 springs back over the tooth edge into the tooth gap to the left of the actuating tooth and springs in the rest position or approximately in the rest position. The cross slide 17 is released and the contact spring band 26 can spring back from its switching position into the rest position by internal stress. Any reverberations of the leaf spring 12 do not have any effect in the form of a switching operation because they cannot influence the cross slide 17 because of the distance of the leaf spring 12 from the inner end edge 22. A corresponding process is triggered when the gear 7 rotates counterclockwise with the cross slide 18, the contact spring band 25 and the contacts 33, 35 and 36.
