  • the anchor piece 12 may be first arranged so that the tip of the tongue 16 is located at the opening to the mouth 17. The anchor piece 12 can then be rotated in the direction of arrow A to the position shown in Fig. 3. In this position the tongue 16 is penetrating the mouth 17 and will inhibit disassembly of the anchor piece 12 from the base section 13 except by reversal of the rotational movement back to the position shown in Fig. 2.
