each comprises a cylindrical body (2) with a horizontal axis, which body (2) is closed at its ends by bottoms (3) as well as filling and / or emptying devices or even an inspection orifice,
- rests on a support (4) of any known type such as the chassis of a wagon or of a road transport vehicle, by means of cradles (6),
- carries around it a heat-insulated liner (8) reserving between its internal wall and the tank a peripheral chamber (10) partially crossed by the cradles (6),
- comprises for heating the air included in this peripheral chamber (10), means mainly comprising means (21, 22) for "partitioning" the chamber (10) so as to define at least all around the tank (1) an air path (13) with an outlet (16) and an inlet (20) and, interposed between the outlet and the inlet of the path, outside the assembly constituted by the tank and its insulated liner , at least one heating battery associated with a motor-fan to form with it one of the ventilation heating groups and which heats the air taken off at the outlet of the route as well as a means establishing in the route and on the heating battery a forced circulation of room air,
these means being CHARACTERIZED in that:
- They include two sheets (21, 22) cut in the shape of a horseshoe and arranged in an opposite manner around the tank in two diametrical planes out of phase ninety degrees from each other,
these two sheets in at least one section are welded to the tank in order to "partition" the chamber between the tank and the insulated liner into four quadrants (32 to 35) and,
- at one end of the tank, one of the partition sheets is extended so as to prevent, with the other sheet, any communication of the quadrants (32 and 35) which it separates and of the quadrants (33, 34) located opposite side from the other sheet to form the ends of the preferred path (13) where the outlet (16) and the inlet (20) of said path are connected.
