Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de préparation d'une nappe fibreuse comprenant des fibres textiles longues, selon lequel on forme une matière première fibreuse en dispersant ces fibres dans un milieu formant véhicule non moussé, consistant essentiellement en eau et en un épaississant associatif, la teneur en épaississant dans la matière première fibreuse étant de 0,45 g à 22,0 g/kg (de 1 à 50 livres par tonne) de fibres par rapport au poids à sec des fibres, caractérisé en ce que l'épaississant associatif comprend un copolymère séquencé d'uréthanne dérivé d'oxyde d'éthylène ou un éther d'hydroxyéthylcellulose à chaîne latérale alkyle en C₁₀ à C₂₄, et on fournit l'a matière première fibreuse non moussé selon une consistance de 0,05 à 0,5 % en poids de fibres, à la toile métallique d'une machine de fabrication de papier afin de former une nappe fibreuse.
  2. Procède selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'épaississant associatif est un copolymère séquencé d'uréthanne dérivé d'oxyde d'éthylène.
  3. Procède selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'épaississant associatif est un éther d'hydroxyéthylcellulose non ionique à longue chaîne alkyle latérale, et en ce que les fibres textiles longues sont des fibres hydrophiles.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la teneur en épaississant dans la matière première fibreuse, est de 1,35 à 4,4 g/kg (de 3 à 10 livres par tonne) de fibres par rapport au poids sec des fibres.
  5. Procède selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la concentration en épaississant associatif actif dans la phase liquide de la matière première fibreuse, est de 25 à 120 ppm.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la nappe comprend exclusivement des fibres textiles longues.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la nappe comprend un mélange de fibres cellulosiques et de longues fibres textiles.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les longues fibres textiles sont des fibres synthétiques.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le rapport des longues fibres textiles aux fibres cellulosiques est de 0,5 à 1.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la nappe comprend un mélange de fibres cellulosiques et de fibres textiles synthétiques longues discontinues.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les fibres sont dispersées dans de l'eau à l'intérieur d'une machine de fabrication de papier classique.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'épaississant associatif a un poids moléculaire de 10 000 à 200 000.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les fibres textiles longues ont un rapport de la longueur au diamètre de 300 à 3000.
  14. Nappe fibreuse produite selon un procédé revendiqué dans la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que cette nappe comporte de 10 à 100 parties en poids desdites fibres textiles longues entremêlées avec de 90 à 0 parties en poids de pâte de bois.
