Die gestellte Aufgabe wird bei der eingangs bezeichneten Vorrichtung erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das biegsame Band in einem dem dicksten Druckgut entsprechenden, parallelen Abstand über dem Druckwiderlager angeordnet, in den Längsrichtungen zumindest an einem Bandende unter Zugfederkraft längsbeweglich befestigt ist, daß der Druckkopfschlitten in Abschnitten seiner Endstellungen begrenzt durch das Druckgut anhebbar ist, daß in diesen Endstellungs-Abschnitten in dem biegsamen Band Ausschnitte angeordnet sind, in denen mittels der drehbaren Rolle mit ihrer Lauffläche keine Stützkraft auf das biensame Band übertragbar ist und daß das biegsame Band zumindest auf Länge der Ausschnitte einen seitlich versetzten Bandbreitenabschnitt aufweist. Der Druckkopfschlitten 8 ist über Schrägen 27 und 28 und einer zweiten am Druckkopfschlitten 8 drehbar gelagerten Rolle 29 anhebbar, und zwar in horizontalen Abschnitten 30 und 31, die etwa gleich lang wie die Schrägen 27 und 28 sein können. In diesen Abschnitten 30 und 31 der Endstellungen 8a bzw. 8b des Druckkopfschlittens 8 sind in dem biegsamen Band 16 jeweils Ausschnitte 32 und 33 (Fig. 4) vorgesehen, in denen die drehbare Rolle 15 mit ihrer Lauffläche 15a keine Unterstützung auf dem biegsamen Band 16 mehr findet (Fig. 1: Endstellung 8b; Fig 5: Enstellung 8a und Fig. 7: Endstellung 8a). Das bedeutet, daß das Band 16 sobald der Druckkopfschlitten 8 in eine der Endstellungen 8a und 8b gelangt, nicht mehr der Anpreßkraft der Rolle 15 unterworfen ist und die Federkraft in dem Band 16 das Band 16 hochschnellen läßt. Diese Bewegung kann nunmehr begrenzt werden, indem im Bereich der Ausschnitte 32 und 33 das Band 16 einen seitlich versetzten Bandbreitenabschnitt 34 aufweist und die drehbare Rolle 15 konzentrisch zu ihrer Lauffläche 15a auf der Drehachse 35 einen im Durchmesser 36 (Fig. 8) verminderten Ringabsatz 37 aufweist, dessen Breite 38 etwa der Breite 39 des seitlich versetzten Bandbreitenabschnitts 34 entspricht. Währenddem also die zweite Rolle 29 durch ihren Umfang 29a auf den Schrägen 27 bzw. 28 in den End-Abschnitten 30 und 31 abstützbar ist und dadurch eine Anhebung des Druckkopfschlittens 8 zusammen mit der Rolle 15 erfolgt, die allerdings nur dem Höhenunterschied der Schräge 27 bzw. 28 entspricht, so daß durch die Zugkraft des Bandes 16 bereits ein Spalt (in der Praxis von z.B. 4 mm) zwischen dem Druckgut 10 und dem Band 16 entsteht, bewirkt der Ringabsatz 37 ein weiteres zusätzliches Anheben des Bandes 16, jedoch mit der Begrenzung auf den Durchmesser 36. Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zur Abstandseinstellung eines Druckkopfes auf dickes Druckgut in einer Büromaschine, insbesondere in einem Sparbuch- oder Belegrucker, in der der Druckkopf auf einem Druckkopfschlitten parallel zu einem Druckwiderlager zwischen Endstellungen hin- und herbewegbar und senkrecht zum Druckwiderlager entgegen einer Federkraft zum Druckwiderlager anstellbar ist, mit zumindest einer, an der Druckkopf-Stirnseite gelagerten, drehbaren Rolle, die auf einem biegsamen, parallel zum Druckwiderlager verlaufenden Band aufliegt, wobei das biegsame Band während des Druckvorganges auf dem dicken Druckgut fest aufliegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das biegsame Band (16) in einem dem dicksten Druckgut (10) entsprechenden, parallelen Abstand (17) über dem Druckwiderlager (13) angeordnet, in den Längsrichtungen (18) zumindest an einem Bandende (16a) unter Zugfederkraft längsbeweglich befestigt ist, daß der Druckkopfschlitten (8) in Abschnitten (30,31) seiner Endstellungen (8a,8b) begrenzt durch das Druckgut (10) anhebbar ist, daß in diesen Endstellungs- Abschnitten (30,31) in dem biegsamen Band (16) Ausschnitte (32,33) angeordnet sind, in denen mittels der drehbaren Rolle (15) mit ihrer Lauffläche (15a) keine Stützkraft auf das biegsame Band (16) übertragbar ist und daß das biegsame Band (16) zumindest auf Länge der Ausschnitte (32,33) einen seitlich versetzten Bandbreitenabschnitt (34) aufweist.

daß die drehbare Rolle (15) konzentrisch zu ihrer Drehachse (35) einen im Durchmesser (36) verminderten Ringabsatz (37) aufweist, dessen Breite (38) etwa der Breite (39) des seitlich versetzten Bandbreitenabschnitts (34) entspricht.
