Eine Vorrichtung der vorstehend genanten Art ist beispielsweise aus der DE-PS 28 50 185 bekannt. Bei Ausgabevorrichtungen dieser Art besteht ganz allgemein das Problem eine zuverlässige Vereinzelung der Blätter sicherzustellen. Dies bereitet im allgemeinen keine besonderen Schwierigkeiten,sofern man es mit einer vorgegebenen gleichbleibenden Blattqualität zu tun hat. Diese Voraussetzung ist jedoch beispielsweise beim Vereinzeln von Banknoten in zweierlei Hinsicht nicht gegeben. Zum einen unterscheiden sich die in den einzelnen Währungen verwendeten Papierqualitäten erheblich voneinander, zum anderen ändert sich die Qualität der Banknoten mit ihrem Gebrauch. Neue Banknoten sind im allgemeinen relativ glatt und steif, während sie mit zunehmendem Gebrauch eine rauhere Oberfläche bekommen und gleichzeitig flappiger werden. Ausgabevorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art sollen jedoch ohne das Auswechseln von Rollen für alle Arten von Banknoten geeignet sein.A device of the type mentioned above is known for example from DE-PS 28 50 185. Insbesondere bei Blättern, die in Stapeln geschnitten wurden, tritt das Problem auf, daß die Blätter an ihren Schnittkanten zusammenhängen. Somit werden von den Abzugsrollen aus mehreren Blättern bestehende Pakete von dem Stapel in den zwischen Transportrollen und Gegenlaufrollen gebildeten Spalt gefördert. Bestehen die Transportrollen und/oder die Gegenlaufrollen ausschließlich aus weichem Material, so besteht die Gefahr, daß dieses Material ausweicht und das gesamte Bündel durch den Spalt hindurch gefördert wird. Zur Beseitigung dieser Schwierigkeit wurde in der DE-PS 28 50 185 (EP-A-11291) bereits vorgeschlagen, daß die Gegenlaufrollen und mindestens eine der Transportrollen aus einem harten Material mit einer Shore-Härte von 92 bis 95 bestehen sollen. Obwohl diese Lösung gute Ergebnisse erbracht hat, gab es in Einzelfällen mit Banknoten oder Blättern bestimmter Qualität immer wieder Schwierigkeiten bei der Vereinzelung der Blätter.Especially with sheets that have been cut in stacks, the problem arises that the sheets are connected at their cut edges. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.
Bei der bekannten Lösung erfolgt die Förderung der in den Walzenspalt eintretenden Blätter vor allem durch die aus einem elastischen nachgiebigen Material bestehenden Transportrollen. Gerade diese Rollen haben jedoch die Tendenz, dem für die Vereinzelung erforderlichen Gegendruck der Gegenlaufrollen auszuweichen, sodaß es bei Blättern oder Banknoten bestimmter Papierqualität immer wieder dazu kommt, daß sich ein Pack von mehreren Blättern gleichzeitig durch den Walzenspalt schlängelt. Diese Möglichkeit wird durch die erfindungsgemäße Lösung beseitigt, da bei ihr das einen hohen Reibungskoeffizienten und damit einen hohen Mitnahmeeffekt besitzende weiche Material unmittelbar in der Oberfläche der harten Transportrollen angeordnet ist. Versucht ein Bündel von Blättern in den Walzenspalt zwischen Transportrollen und Gegenlaufrollen einzudringen, so wird das weiche Material zwar geringfügig komprimiert, jedoch verhindert dann das nicht ausweichende harte Material der Transportrollen das Eindringen eines mehrere Blätter umfassenden Paketes in den Walzenspalt, wobei jedoch gleichzeitig auch die Mitnahmewirkung des weichen Materials erhalten bleibt. Dadurch wird eine zuverlässige Trennung von auch relativ fest aneinander haftenden Blättern erreicht und sichergestellt, daß nur ein Blatt durch den Walzenspalt in den weiteren Transportweg für die Blätter gegeben wird. Um eine möglichst gleichmässige Vereinzelungswirkung über die gesamte axiale Länge des Walzenspaltes zu erreichen, kann es zweckmässig sein, daß weiche und harte Transportrollen in alternierender Reihenfolge axial nebeneinander angeordnet sind. Aus fertigungstechnischen Gründen ist es jedoch zweckmässig und ohne Nachteile möglich, mehrere Transportrollen gleicher Beschaffenheit gruppenweise zusammenzufassen und die Gruppen weicher Transportrollen und die Gruppen harter Transportrollen in alternierender Reihenfolge axial nebeneinander anzuordnen.In the known solution, the conveying of the sheets entering the nip is carried out primarily by the an elastic, resilient material existing transport rollers. Wie die Fig. 2 zeigt, sind bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel die Transportrollen 22 in drei Gruppen zusammengefaßt, wobei die Transportrollen 22 jeder Gruppe einstückig miteinander verbunden sind. Ebenso sind die Gegenlaufrollen 24 in drei Gruppen von einstückig miteinander verbundenen Rollen zusammengefaßt. Dabei sind die Gegenlaufrollen 24 gegenüber den Transportrollen 22 derart axial versetzt, daß sie jeweils gegenüber den Zwischenräumen zwischen den Transportrollen 22 liegen. Die Welle der Gegenlaufrollen 24 ist in Schwingen 30 gelagert, sodaß die Gegenlaufrollen 24 in die Zwischenräume zwischen den Transportrollen 22 eintauchen können, wie dies durch die strichpunktierten Linien angedeutet ist. Wird ein Pack von mehreren zusammenhängenden Blättern von den Abzugsrollen 18 in Richtung auf den Walzenspalt zwischen den Transportrollen 22 und den Gegenlaufrollen 24 gefördert, so wird nur das den Transportrollen 22 zugewandte Blatt des Packs erfaßt und durch den Walzenspalt gefördert, während die übrigen Blätter von den Gegenlaufrollen 24 zurückgehalten werden. Bei dem Versuch des Packs in den Walzenspalt einzutreten, entsteht ein gewisser radialer Druck auf die Transportrollen 22, unter dem die aus dem elastischen nachgiebigen Material bestehenden mittleren Transportrollen radial ausweichen, nicht dagegen die aus Metall bestehenden äußeren Transportrollen. Weisen die harten Transportrollen eine durchgehend harte, glatte Umfangsfläche auf, so besteht in diesem Falle die Möglichkeit, daß zwar der gleichzeitige Durchtritt von mehreren Blättern durch den Walzenspalt verhindert wird, daß aber auch die von den Transportrollen auf das ihnen zugewandte Blatt ausgeübte Reibungskräfte nicht ausreichen die Haftreibung zwischen den aneinander liegenden Blättern zu überwinden und dieses einzelne Blatt durch den Walzenspalt zu fördern, da die von den aus weichem Material bestehenden Transportrollen auf die Blätter ausgeübten Mitnahmekräfte wegen der Nachgiebigkeit des Materials begrenzt sind.If the take-off module is put into operation, the distance between the
Diese Schwierigkeit wird durch die eingelegten Streifen 44 in den harten Transportrollen 22 beseitigt. Durch diese Streifen können die Transportrollen 22 gerade in den Bereichen des Walzenspaltes hohe Reibungskräfte auf die durchlaufenden Blätter ausüben, in denen wegen der Unnachgiebigkeit des Rollenmaterials das jeweils durchlaufende Blatt fest gegen die Rollen angedrückt wird. Wie man aus der Figur 2 erkennt, wird ein durchlaufendes Blatt von den jeweils zwischen zwei Transportrollen 22 eintauchenden Gegenlaufrollen 24 förmlich um die Umfangsflächen der Transportrollen 22 gespannt, sodaß ein zuverlässiger Reibschluß zwischen den Streifen 44 und dem zu fördernden Blatt entsteht. Die Tatsache, daß auf diese Weise hohe Förderkräfte auf das zu fördernde Blatt übertragen werden können, erlaubt es wiederum den Walzenspalt relativ eng einzustellen, sodaß auch bei schwierig zu handhabendem Blattmaterial eine Vereinzelung sichergestellt wird.This difficulty is eliminated by the

- Sheet-delivering device, in particular a cash dispenser, comprising a storage container (14) for a pile of sheets (12) and a drawing-off and individually separating means which is assigned to the storage container (14) and has at least one draw-off roller (18), intended to bear against the pile of sheets (12), a plurality of transport rollers (22), arranged next to one another at axial intervals, and having counter rollers (24), which are assigned to the said transport rollers (22) and adjustable radially with respect to them and are offset axially in such a way that they can in each case enter between two neighbouring transport rollers (22), the rollers (18, 22, 24) arranged on mutually parallel shafts (20, 26, 28) being able to be driven in the same sense and the counter running rollers (24) and at least one transport roller (22) consisting of hard material, whereas the other transport rollers (22) are made from an elastically compliant material, characterised in that in the circumferential surface (42) of the transport roller (22) consisting of hard material there is embedded an annular strip (44) which consists of an elastically deformable material, the axial width of which is less than the axial width of the circumferential surface (42) of the transport roller (22) and which projects in the unloaded state radially beyond the circumferential surface (42), and in that, to prevent the simultaneous transport of more than one sheet through the roll nip, the width of the latter is set in such a way that the hardness of the elastic material is selected such that the annular strip (44) can be compressed radially as far as the circumferential surface (42) of the transport roller (22) by a bundle of sheets conveyed into the roll nip.
- Delivering device according to Claim 1, characterised in that soft and hard transport rollers (22) are arranged axially next to one another in alternating sequence.
- Delivering device according to Claim 1, characterised in that a plurality of transport rollers (22) of the same composition are combined in groups and that groups of soft transport rollers (22) and groups of hard transport rollers (22) are arranged axially next to one another in alternating sequence.
- Delivering device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the radial projection of the annular strips (44) is about 0.1 to 0.2 mm.
- Delivering device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the elastically deformable material of the annular strip (44) has a Shore hardness of about 75.
- Delivering device according to Claim 5, characterised in that the annular strip (44) consists of a polyurethane elastomer.
- Delivering device according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the hard transport roller (22) consists of metal and has a circumferential groove (40) into which the annular strip (44) is inserted.
