Claims (4)

1. Kappe mit verschiebbarem Verschlußelement, insbesondere für Flasche oder Behälter mit Hals, geeignet, um sich auf dem letzteren in klassischer Art durch Aufschrauben oder Zwangverrastung festzusetzen, und umfassend eine in ihrem Oberteil (4) angeordnete Ausflußöffnung (3) von reichlicher Abmessung, die dicht verschlossen werden kann mit Hilfe einer verschiebbaren Zunge (6), die die Klappe bildet und deren freies vorderes Ende in Längsrichtung gleiten kann, wobei sie geführt und unter Druck auf die Öffnung (3) gepreßt wird durch seitlich zu ihr angeordnete Gleitführungen oder Gleitschienen (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Ende der Zunge (6) mit einem akkordeonartig gefalteten Teil (7) versehen ist und daß die Wand des Oberteils (4) von einer Abdeckplatte in Form einer geschlitzten Platte (22) bedeckt wird, deren U-förmiger Schlitz (23) Längsseitenkanten hat, die die Zunge (6) in den seitlichen Gleitschienen (10) halten, ohne ihre Verschiebung zu behindern, wobei die transversale Breite dieses Schlitzes (23) so vorgesehen ist, daß ein Finger die Zunge (6) in Offnungs- oder Schließverschiebung der Ausflußöffnung (3) mitnehmen kann, und so konzipiert ist, daß ihre Breite geringfügig kleiner ist als die der Zunge (6) und des gefalteten Teils (7), welcher in der Verlängerung dieser Zunge angeordnet und einstückig mit ihr auf der der Ausgußöffnung gegenüberliegenden Seite ausgebildet ist, wobei aus dem geschlossenen Ende oder dem Boden des Schlitzes (23) das andere Ende dieses gefalteten Teils (7) entsteht, das in Ruhestellung in einer horizontalen Ebene gelegen ist, wobei seine Falten quer und senkrecht zur Längsachse der Zunge (6) verlaufen, und das diese letztere in Schließstellung hält, ohne die Tendenz zu haben, sie nach hinten zurückzuführen.

Kappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckplatte in Form einer geschlitzen Platte (22) mit der Wand des Oberteils (4) durch ein Scharnierteil (25) einstückig ausgebildet ist, das in der Verlängerung des Schlitzes (23) gelegen ist und sich im Abstand von dessen geschlossenem Ende befindet, das mit dem entsprechenden Ende des gefalteten Teils (7) einstückig ausgebildet ist, wobei diese geschlitzte Platte (22) mit Ausnahme ihres Scharnierteils (25) durch ihren Umfangsrand durch Druck in eine Verrastungsleiste (21) verrastet wird, die auf dem Umfang der Wand des Oberteils (1) nach oben vorsteht.

Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckplatte in Form der geschlitzten Platte (22), die verschiebbare Zunge (6) mit ihrem gefalteten Teil (7) sowie die Außen- und Innenschürze oder -schürzen (1, 2) und die Wand des Oberteils (4) der Kappe durch Formguß einstückig hergestellt werden und die geschlitzte Platte (22) sich dabei in ihrer aus der Verrastungsleiste (21) ausgerasteten Position (Fig. 3) befindet, wobei die Verbringung dieser Kappe in Gebrauchsposition (Fig. 1) nach der Entformung nur die Verbringung dieser geschlitzten Platte (22) in Verrastungsposition über der Wand des Oberteils erfordert.
4. Kappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende der Zunge (6) mit einer ihre Rückwärtsbewegung verhindernden Lasche (17) versehen ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, abgerissen oder abgeschnitten zu werden, um das Öffnen zu erlauben.
