Die Erfindung betrifft ein Heizungsgerät mit Nachbrenner gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a heating device with afterburner according to the preamble of claim 1.
Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist aus der DE-OS 2820297 bekannt Dort wird vorgeschlagen, auf das Brennerrohr ein sog. Das Zusatzbrennerrohr ist auf dem Brennerrohr in seinem Mündungsbereich befestigt. Eine derartige Vorrichtung erweist sich für die Praxis als ungeeignet, da aufgrund des Kontaktes ein erheblicher Wärmeübergang auf das Zusatzbrennerrohr stattfindet, der im Dauerbetrieb zu einem frühzeitigen Verschleiß führt. Aufgrund der Tatsache, daß sich der Hohlzylinder über den gesamten Strömungsquerschnitt erstreckt, sind die vom Brenner abgehenden Flammen und Abgase zum Passieren des Hohlzylinders gezwungen und werden innerhalb des Volumens des Hohlyzlinders gehalten und können sich nicht, wie im Stande der Technik, im gesamten Brennerraum ausbreiten. Aus Gründen der Kontinuität besitzt deshalb das durchströmende Gas im Bereich der Querschnittsverengung eine höhere Geschwindigkeit und bildet folglich einen niederen statischen Druck aus, der bewirkt, daß durch die Öffnungen im Hohlzylinder Luft von außen angesaugt wird, die beim Passieren eine Verwirbelung erfährt, was eine bessere Durchmischung des im Inneren des Zylinders befindlichen Gases zur Folge hat. Durch entsprechende Einstellung des Brenners gerät der Zylinder zumindest am auslaßseitigen Rand ins Glühen, wodurch noch nicht verbranntes Brennstoff-Luft-Gemisch gezündet und folglich genutzt wird. Beide Maßnahmen bedingen eine wesentlich bessere und vollständigere Verbrennung des Brennstoffes. Die Folge sind höhere Energieausbeute bei gleicher Brennstoffmenge bzw. geringerer Energiebedarf, schadstoffärmere Zusammensetzung der Abgase, bessere Abgaswerte und insbesondere höheren Kohlendioxydgehalt sowie weitgehende Rußfreiheit und Selbstreinigung des Brennerraumes.Due to the fact that the hollow cylinder extends over the entire flow cross section, the flames and exhaust gases emanating from the burner are forced to pass through the hollow cylinder and are kept within the volume of the hollow cylinder and cannot, as in the prior art, spread throughout the burner chamber . Claims (2)
- Heating appliance with reheater, in which is disposed a burner chamber with burner and said reheater comprises a hollow cylinder, which spans the entire flow cross section, has openings disposed in a circle, reduces the area in cross section within said burner chamber and is mounted in the area of the outlet of the burner pipe at a distance thereof wherein said hollow cylinder is dimensioned and said burner adjusted so that said hollow cylinder glows from the outlet end to the openings and between every two openings a lamella is disposed attached to said hollow cylinder from the inside.
- Heating appliance according to claim 1 wherein said hollow cylinder is surrounded within said burner chamber by one or more coaxial cylinders which are closed at one end.
