Subsequently, suitable pressure or blows applied to surface 72 result in advancement of clip 5 A, whereupon projection 74 clears surface 66 and springs into depression 84. The spring forces built up as a result of the initial deflection of projection 74 toward surface 54 are employed in forcing projection 74 into depression 84. There results a preferably force fit between contact surface 86 and engagement surface 78 thus retaining projection 74 within depression 84.

Abstract

La chaise (C) décrite possède un cadre (F) avec des organes de support transversaux avant (18) et arrière (20). Un siège (S) est monté sur les organes transversaux avant (18) et arrière (20) et possède en outre un élément d'attache arrière (R) entre le siège (S) et l'organe de support transversal arrière (20) pour fixer la partie arrière du siège (S) au cadre (F). Un organe d'attache antérieur (M) s'étend depuis le siège (S) et est adapté pour engager l'organe de support transversal avant (18) lorsque l'élément d'attache arrière (R) engage l'organe de support transversal arrière (20). Une attache (A) adaptée pour engager l'organe de support transversal avant (18) permet de solidariser l'organe d'attache antérieur (M) et l'organe de support transversal avant (18). Le siège (S) présente une rainure périphérique (102) qui est disposée derrière ou sous le siège (S) de manière à ne pas être visible lorsque l'on se trouve devant la chaise (C). Une combinaison formée d'un coussin (104) et d'un capitonnage (100) est appliquée à la chaise (C). Les bords du capitonnage s'étendent jusqu'au point le plus bas (110) de la rainure périphérique (102) après quoi un cordon (112) est introduit dans la rainure (102) pour retenir les bords de la toile.
