Claims (7)

1. Profilé composé obtenu par l'assemblage de deux parties métalliques et un tasseau non métallique faisant fonction de pont liés fermement ensemble dans le but de réaliser les profilés isolants de cadres de porte et fenêtres, du type comportant une première partie composante (1) orientée vers l'intérieur, une seconde partie composante (8) exposée à l'ambiance extérieure, et un élément composant de liaison de matière isolante, où l'élément composant de liaison est maintenu à l'intérieur de la seconde partie composante (8) par un emboîtement à force créé par des languettes flexibles opposées (29), et où à la suite de la mise en place de l'élément composant de liaison, les première et seconde par- fies composantes (1, 8) sont séparées fournissant ainsi une barrière à travers laquelle est empêché tout transfert de la chaleur entre les deux parties composantes métalliques, caractérisé:
- en ce que la première partie composante (1) présente un profil en coupe transversal sensiblement de forme rectangulaire dont deux côtés parallèles (4, 5) sont solidaires d'extensions (41, 51) se prolongeant au-delà de l'un des côtés transversaux (3) et se termine par des ailes respectives (6, 7) qui sont repliées symétriquement vers l'intérieur de manière à créer une cavité (101) défi- niée sur trois côtés, dont le côté ouvert est limité par les deux ailes (6, 7);
- en ce que la seconde partie composante (8) présente un profil en coupe sensiblement trapézoïdal, dans lequel deux côtés ayant la même inclinaison (10, 11) convergent vers un côté de base (9) duquel s'étend une paroi intermédiaire (16) de la même longueur que les côtés obliques, cette paroi étant disposée symétriquement par rapport à l'un de ces côtés (11) et se terminant par une aile (17) s'étendant parallèle à la base (9) et symétrique avec une autre aile identique (12) se départant de l'extrémité du côté convergeant (11) disposé symétriquement, de manière à créer une cavité trapézoïdale (108) définie sur trois côtés, dont le côté ouvert est limité par les deux ailes (12, 17);
- en ce que l'élément composant de liaison comporte un tasseau faisant fonction de pont fabriqué en matière isolante et comprenant une pièce centrale (23) dont la partie supérieure effilée s'étend d'une base bien définie (28) et deux pièces d'extrémité (26) s'étendant également de la base, séparées de la pièce centrale par des fentes respectives (25) et se composant chacune de languettes (29) disposées symétriquement, séparées par un espace vide (30), dont les surfaces extérieures présentent des portions (32) symétriques qui s'effilent, lesquelles convergent vers le haut et débordent légèrement du profil correspondant effilé de la pièce centrale (23);
- en ce que la base (28) du tasseau faisant fonction de pont présente une forme en coupe transversale qui épouse celle de la cavité (101) présentée par la première partie composante (1) et, quand elle est introduite dans cette cavité, est maintenue en place, par les deux ailes respectives (6, 7);
- en ce que la partie supérieure effilée de la pièce centrale (23) du tasseau a une forme en coupe transversale qui épouse celle de la cavité (108) présentée par la seconde partie composante (8) et, quand elle est introduite à force en position dans celle-ci, est maintenue en place par l'emboîtement à force créé entre les deux ailes respectives (12, 17) et les languettes (29) des pièces d'extrémité, les portion qui s'éffilent (32) desquelles sont rendues flexibles grâce à l'espace vide (30) existant entre elles.
2. Profilé composé pour cadre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la base (28) du tasseau faisant fonction de pont et la cavité (101) créée dans la première partie composante (1) présentent des profiles qui s'épousent, leur forme en coupe étant quadrangulaire.
3. Profilé composé pour cadres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la seconde partie composante (8) présente une forme alternative d'exécution (81) selon laquelle la même cavité sensiblement trapezoïdale (118) définie sur trois côtés est limitée latéralement par deux ailes obliques égales et symétriques (21, 22).

Profilé composé pour cadres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les languettes accouplées (29) de chaque pièce d'extrémité (26) du tasseau de liaison sont séparées par un espace vide (30) qui a la forme d'un trapèze dont la petite base (31) inférieure coïncide avec la base (28) du tasseau et est en communication vers l'intérieur avec la respective fente (25).
5. Profilé composé pour cadres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les portions effilées (32) des deux languettes (29) de chaque pièce d'extrémité sont séparées de la base (28) du tasseau par des encoches respectives (33), dont la position correspond à celle d'autres encoches latérales similaires (13) s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la pièce centrale (23) et en ce que ces encoches (33, 133) ont pour but de venir buter contre les ailes (6, 7) présentées par la première partie composante (1) et les ailes (12, 17) présentées par la seconde partie composante (8), en les verouillant axialement.
6. Profilé composé pour cadres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des troncons individuels des deux parties composantes (1, 8) sont unies rigidement à former le profilé composé en introduisant dans les cavités respectives (101, 108) une pluralité de tasseaux et en les mettant en place par emboîtement à force, ces tasseaux pouvant être disposés soit côte à côte soit espacés entre eux.
7. Profilé composé pour cadres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tasseau de liaison qui doit être en matière isolante est fabriqué en PVC.
