Claims (3)

1. Teleskopischer Verschluss für Tuben oder Flaschen, bestehend aus einem teleskopierbaren Tubus (35), der mit Hilfe eines Oberteiles bzw. einer scheibenförmigen Platte (36) verschlossen ist und eine seitliche Öffnung (37) aufweist, durch die in geöffneter Stellung ein in der Tube oder Flasche enthaltenes Produkt austritt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der teleskopierbare Tubus (35) gleitend in einem Hüllkörper (38) angeordnet ist, der mit der Tube oder Flasche verbunden sein kann, und einen Handhabungsknopf (42) aufweist, der aufgrund einer Führung (43) bewegbar ist und mit mindestens einem Haltevorsprung (46) bestückt ist, der mit wenigstens einem Haltevorsprung (45) am Hüllkörper (38) zusammenwirkt, um die Bewegung des teleskopierbaren Tubus (35) zu begrenzen, wobei ferner der teleskopierbare Tubus (35) in seinem Inneren eine abgewinkelte Leitung (37) aufweist, welche seitlich in die Öffnung (37) mündet und in einer rohrförmigen Zwinge 40 liegt, welche von einer Querwand (39) des Hüllkörpers (38) abgestützt ist, in bezug auf die der teleskopierbare Tubus (35) gleiten kann.
2. Teleskopischer Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil (37a) der abgewinkelten Leitung, der sich in das Innere der Zwinge (40) erstreckt, mit deren Wand mit Dichtlippen (41) verbunden ist.

Teleskopischer Verschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der teleskopierbare Tubus (35) eine Ausnehmung (44) aufweist, in der ein als Führung dienender Teil des Hüllkörpers (38) liegt, wobei die Ausnehmung (44) nach aussen hin durch den Handhabungsknopf (42) bedeckt ist, der wiederum mit dem Hüllkörper (38) über eine schwalbenschwanzförmige Führung (43) verbunden ist.
