Definitions
- the invention first relates to a method according to the preamble of claim 1.
- DE-GM 6 75 00 56 it is known from DE-GM 6 75 00 56 to loosely lay the pole pieces of such a magnetic core and to form the cover plates as clamping pieces which are clamped to the pole pieces.
- the disadvantage here is that either the inner surfaces of the pole shoes and the outer surfaces of the magnets have to be machined very precisely and the radii have to be matched to one another in order to achieve the full, full-surface contact of the pole shoe inner surfaces with the outer surface of the magnet, which is required for magnetic reasons .
- Such exact machining is relatively expensive, in particular the exact machining of the outer surface of the magnet.
- a magnet arrangement is known in which the inner magnet is in the form of a cuboid, while the pole shoes are in the form of a circular segment and in cross section are rectangular in the front view, this rectangle fitting to the corresponding flat counter surface of the cuboid magnet.
- the magnet is pushed between them.
- cover plates are placed, which are connected to the pole pieces (gluing or welding).
- the subject of this prior publication initially does not meet the features of the preamble of claim 1, and is therefore foreign to the class.
- the shape of the magnet and the pole pieces must also be adhered to very precisely in production, so that the disadvantages explained above also result here.
- the object of the invention is first of all to provide a method according to the preamble of claim 1, in which on the one hand no tight tolerances have to be observed on the pole shoes and in particular on the magnet in production, but on the other hand it is ensured that the finished one Magnet arrangement between the pole shoe inner surfaces and the magnet outer surface no air gaps arise.
- Magnet arrangements according to the invention are primarily used in measuring mechanisms for electrical measuring instruments.
- the magnet is the most expensive part of Beisolchen measuring units. Since it is possible with the invention to reduce the manufacturing costs of the magnet itself by about half without a functional disadvantage and thus to reduce the manufacturing costs of the magnet arrangement accordingly, this has a correspondingly large influence on the costs of the measuring mechanism itself.
- the invention also has the aim of creating a corresponding magnet arrangement. For this purpose, reference is made to the features of claim 4.
- the features of claim 5 provide at least welded connections at the points at which the above-described pretensioning of the pole pieces has its greatest force, in order to reliably prevent the pole shoes from springing back unintentionally and disadvantageously into the starting position.
- the features of claim 6 include a magnet, which (see the above statements) requires very low manufacturing costs.
- the magnet arrangement consists of a cylindrical magnet 1, two pole pieces 2 and two cover plates 3.
- the pole pieces 2 form ring-cylindrical sections which extend from the side (from above and from below in FIG. 3) over a substantial part of the circumference of the magnet create this.
- the pole shoes have a radius r 1 on their inner surface 5 (relative to a point which is somewhat offset from the center 7 of the entire arrangement), which is larger than the radius r 2 of the outer surface 8 of the magnet.
- the center point of the radius r 2 is identical to the center point 7 of the entire arrangement.
- the correspondingly shaped pole piece 2 ⁇ is shown in phantom in Fig. 3.
- the pole shoes with the larger radius r 1 are pressed against the outer surface 8 until the inner surfaces 5 of the pole shoes rest against the outer surface 8 of the magnet (position of the pole shoes 2 shown in solid lines).
- the inner radius r 1 of the pole shoes (likewise based on a point which is somewhat offset from the center 7 of the entire arrangement) is smaller than the radius r 2 of the outer surface 8 of the magnet.
- the pressing devices or tools 9 are located somewhat in the middle of the pole shoes.
- the pole shoes are pressed onto the magnet and the sizes of the wheels r 1, r 2 are adjusted to one another.
- the cover plates 3 are applied and welded to the pole shoes, in this exemplary embodiment these spot welds 10 are located approximately in the center of the pole shoes, since in the present example the deformation stress of the pole shoes is greatest there.
- the number of spot welding points 10 can be different than shown.
- the invention allows the use of an uncut or only roughly machined magnet 1. Nevertheless, with large tolerances, the pole pieces can hold the magnet concentrically in the measuring mechanism. One can halve the magnet price, which currently accounts for up to 50% and even more of the material price of a measuring mechanism.
- the magnet 1 is a permanent magnet
- the pole pieces 2 consist of a magnetically very conductive material, such as pure iron.
- the cover plates 3 can consist of an essentially magnetically non-conductive material.

Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing a magnet arrangement, consisting of a cylindrical magnet (1), pole shoes (2) surrounding it from the outside in the form of ring-cylindrical sections and two cover plates (3) which lie on the end faces of the magnet and the pole shoes and are connected to the pole pieces. On the one hand, in order not to have to adhere to tight tolerances on the pole shoes and in particular on the magnet in production, but on the other hand to ensure that the finished magnet arrangement does not have any air gaps between the inner pole shoe surfaces and the outer magnet surface, it is provided that the inner surfaces ( 5) the pole pieces, (2 ') is first imparted a radius (r1) which deviates from the radius (r2) of the outer surface (8) of the magnet (1), that these pole pieces (2') on both sides on or around the Magnets (1) are placed so that the pole shoes are pressed against the outer surface (8) of the magnet (1) by means of a device (9) with their inner surfaces (8), with the two radii (r1, r2) being matched to one another in their sizes and that when the pole shoes (2) are pressed in this position, the cover plates (3) are welded to the pole shoes (2). The invention further relates to an associated magnet arrangement.
Description
The invention first relates to a method according to the preamble of
In contrast, the object of the invention is first of all to provide a method according to the preamble of
The solution to this problem is seen, starting from the preamble of
Magnet arrangements according to the invention are primarily used in measuring mechanisms for electrical measuring instruments. The magnet is the most expensive part of Beisolchen measuring units. Since it is possible with the invention to reduce the manufacturing costs of the magnet itself by about half without a functional disadvantage and thus to reduce the manufacturing costs of the magnet arrangement accordingly, this has a correspondingly large influence on the costs of the measuring mechanism itself.
The process claims 2 and 3 represent implementation options of the method according to
The invention also has the aim of creating a corresponding magnet arrangement. For this purpose, reference is made to the features of claim 4.
The features of
The features of claim 6 include a magnet, which (see the above statements) requires very low manufacturing costs.

The magnet arrangement consists of a
According to the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 3, the pole shoes have a
According to the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 5, the
The invention allows the use of an uncut or only roughly machined
The
