Abstract
Zum Abgleich der Schreibdüsen eines Tintendruckkopfes (DK) wird während eines bidirektionalen Druckervorlaufs für jede Schreibdüse (D1 bis D32) ein definiertes Strich muster (SCI) auf den Aufzeichnungsträger (P) abgedruckt und anschließend während eines Abtastdurchlaufes von einem Sensor (AB) abgetastet. Die Abtastwerte (AW), welche die "Ist"-Position der Tintentröpfchen repräsen tieren, werden in der zentralen Steuerung (ZS) der Tinten schreibeinrichtung mit der durch die Ansteuerimpulse im Druckspaltenraster (DSR) bestimmten "Soll"-Position ver glichen und ein sogenannter Tröpfchenversatz (VS) ermittelt. Der Tröpfchenversatz (VS), d.h. die ermittelte Differenz wird für jede einzelne Schreibdüse (D1 bis D32),getrennt für beide Schreibrichtungen (L,R), gespeichert und im nor malen Schreib- oder Druckbetrieb erfolgt für jede Schreib düse (D1 bis D32) eine Korrektur entsprechend des im Speicher (VPS) abgelegten Versatzes (VS).
