Claims (10)

1. Zündverteiler für einen Verbrennungsmotor, insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeugs, von der Art, die eine Unterbrechungsvorrichtung enthält, welche in einem Gehäuse (1) untergebracht ist und einerseits aus einem beweglichen Kontakt (3) besteht, der um eine fest mit einem Voreilhebel (5) verbundene Achse (10) drehbar angebracht ist, wobei der Voreilhebel insbesondere durch eine Unterdruckkapsel (6) beansprucht wird und selbst um einen Zapfen (11) drehbar angebracht ist, der fest mit einer feststehenden Platte (2) des Gehäuses (1) verbunden ist, und andererseits aus einer im Winkel verstellbaren Festkontaktstütze (7), die an einem winklig umgebogenen Schenkel (7b) einen Teil der Mittel (9) zur Einstellung des Abstands der Kontaktkörner aufweist, wobei die genannte Einstellung außerhalb des Gehäuses (1) durch Drehbewegung eines Einstellorgans (9) vonstatten geht, welches einen Mitnehmerkopf (91, 98) aufweist, der sich in einem Teil fortsetzt, welcher durch eine Durchtrittsöffnung in der Trennwand des genannten Gehäuses (1) verläuft und am freien Ende einen Exzenter (95) trägt, der bei der Drehbewegung auf den Seitenrändern einer Öffnung (7c) zur Auflage kommt, die im umgebogenen Schenkel (7b) der Stütze (7) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
- der Teil (92) des durch die Trennwand hindurchtretenden Einstellorgans (9) zylinderförmig ist und in der Drehbewegung durch die Durchtrittsöffnung in der Trennwand geführt wird,
- ein elastisches Zwischenstück (93, 100, 104) zwischen der kreisförmigen Innenwand des Gehäuses (1) und einer Nabe (96) für den Längsanschlag des Einstellorgans (9) eingesetzt ist, wobei das genannte Zwischenstück eine Ebene bildet, die gleichzeitig etwa lotrecht zur Bezugsachse (x, x) des genannten Einstellorgans (9) und parallel zum umgebogenen Schenkel (7b) der Stütze (7) des Festkontakts in einer mittleren Einstellposition verläuft,
- das elastische Zwischenstück eine elastische Auflagebeanspruchung auf die zylindrische Innenwand des Gehäuses ausübt, während der Mitnehmerkopf (91, 98) durch die Reaktionskräfte an einer mit dem Gehäuse (1) verbundenen äußeren Anschlagfläche anliegt.
2. Zündverteiler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (93) aus einer Nadel besteht, die durch Umformung einer elastischen Blechronde (93a) hergestellt wird und sich in ein rechtwinkliges Dreieck (A) einfügt, dessen Längsseite die Ebene des Zwischenstücks (93) bildet.

Zündverteiler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (100) aus einem S besteht, welches durch Umformung einer elastischen Blechronde (101) hergestellt wird, deren Schenkel (102, 103) jeweils identisch sind, so daß das elastische Zwischenstück reversibel wird, und die sich jeweils in rechtwinklige Dreiecke (B, C) einfügen, die im Verhältnis zueinander umgedreht und mit den Längsseiten (101) angebaut sind, welche ineinander übergehen und dadurch die Ebene des Zwischenstücks (100) bilden.
4. Zündverteiler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsanschlagmittel eine kreisförmige Rille (97) des Einstellorgans (9) umfaßt, deren eine Wand mit einem elastischen geteilten Ring (96), der in die Rille eingreift, oder mit dem Zwischenstück selbst zusammenwirken kann.
5. Zündverteiler nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück einen Schlitz (105) aufweist, der an einem Rand einmündet und womit die kreisförmige Rille (97) des Einstellorgans in Eingriff gelangen kann.

Zündverteiler nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 5 zusammen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück aus einer insgesamt flachen elastischen Lamelle (104) besteht, die insbesondere eine im wesentlichen rechtwinklige Kontur aufweist und mit den Rändern an der zylindrischen Innenwand des Verteilergehäuses (1) aufliegt.
7. Zündverteiler nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamelle (104) an dem Rand, der dem Rand gegenüberliegt, worin der Schlitz (105) einmündet, einen Rücksprung (114) mit im wesentlichen rechtem Winkel aufweist, um das Ergreifen zu erleichtern.

Zündverteiler nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Einsatz (111) aus Kunststoff oder einem gleichwertigen Material, der eine längliche Öffnung (112) mit abgerundeten Kanten (113) aufweist, in der Öffnung (7c) der Festkontaktstütze vorgesehen ist, um das Ende (95) der Einstellmittel (9) aufzunehmen und gleichzeitig eine Winkelverschiebung zu ermöglichen.
9. Zündverteiler nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmerkopf (98) des Einstellorgans (9) zumindest teilweise in einer Senkung (99a) eines Rohrs (99), insbesondere aus Kunststoff, liegt, welches durch die Trennwand des Gehäuses (1) hindurchtritt.
10. Zündverteiler nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmerkopf (91, 98) mechanische oder manuelle Griffmittel enthält.
