Die Frfindung bezieht sich auf einen selbstspannenden Kontaktkopf für Galvanikgestelle, mit welchem eine elektrisch leitende Verbindung zwischen dem Gestell und der Warenschiene hergestellt wird.The invention relates to a self-tensioning contact head for electroplating frames, with which an electrically conductive connection between the frame and the goods rail is produced.
Galvanische Anlagen bestehen aus einer Anzahl, in entsprechender Reihenfolge angeordneter Bäder, in denen zur Oberflächenveredelung vorgesehene Teile behandelt werden. Die Behandlung erfolgt auf elektrolytischen Wege, wobei ein einwandfreier Stromfluß gewährleistet sein muß. Hierzu werden die Teile auf elektrisch leitenden Gestellen befestigt (gestaffelt), die über Kontaktköpfe an sogenannten Warenschienen angebracht werden. Die Warenschienen mit den daran hängenden, beladenen Gestellen werden, im Laufe des Behandlungsprozesses, mittels Hebe-Fördereinrichtungen in die Bäder ein- und ausgefahren. Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, daß üher Keilwirkung eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung mit der Warenschiene hergestellt wird, ohne die Warenschiene mechanisch zu beanspruchen. Für die Befestigung genügt eine in Richtung abwärts geführte, vom Beladungsgewicht unterstützte Stoßbewegung. Das Entkontaktieren erfolgt in entgegengesetzter Richtung, nach lösen der Sicherung.
