Description

  • La présente invention concerne un bouchon d'obturation par vissage pour un récipient dont le col est muni d'un opercule déchirable, présentant intérieurement une lame spiralée qui, lorsque le bouchon est vissé sur le col du récipient, pénètre dans l'opercule précité et découpe une partie de celui-ci.
  • Le brevet français 2 049 485, quoique visant le domaine des tubes en étain, plomb ou aluminium destinés au conditionnement de produits pâteux ou analogues décrit un bouchon taraudé muni d'un prolongement intérieur destiné à découper ou à perforer l'opercule de garantie d'un tube métallique pour produits pâteux. Si la solution préconisée par ce brevet français ou une solution analogue était adoptée au découpage d'opercules dont sont équipés des bouchons d'obturation par vissage du type décrit par la présente demande, il est bien évident que l'utilisateur aurait du mal à récuperer la partie découpée de l'opercule, celle-ci se trouvant toujours, après l'opération de découpage, dans le plan générale de l'opercule.
  • Il a donc été préconisé une solution qui permet à l'utilisateur de saisir la partie de l'opercule qui a été découpée sans risque de voir celle-ci tomber dans le produit contenu dans le récipient et sans risque également que l'utilisateur après avoir découpé une partie de l'opercule, ne plonge celle-ci dans le contenu du récipient en voulant retirer cette partie découpée.
  • Pour réaliser cet objectif conformément à l'invention, la lame du bouchon selon la présente demande présente une extrémité dite "arrière", en considérant le sens de rotation de la lame, qui est recourbée vers l'intérieur de la lame spiralée pour soulever l'opercule.
  • Toujours selon l'invention, le bouchon selon l'invention comporte à sa base une bague déchirable prenant appui sur le récipient et empêchant le vissage intempestif du bouchon tant que la lame précitée n'a pas pénétré dans l'opercule précité,
  • D'autres détails et avantages de l'invention ressortiront de la description qui sera donnée ci-après d'un bouchon d'obturation selon l'invention. Cette description n'es donnée qu'à titre d'exemple et ne limite pas l'invention. Les notations de référence se rapportent aux figures ci-annexées.
    • La figure 1 est une vue en coupe du bouchon d'obturation clipsé sur le col d'un récipient et avant arrachage de la bande de sécurité.
    • La figure 2 est une vue de dessus montrant à la fois l'opercule entaillé et la lame spiralée du bouchon selon la figure 1.
  • Le bouchon 1 représenté par ces figures, présente intérieurement une première saillie 2, dite de clipsage, qui est destinée à enserrer la saillie externe 3 du col 4 du récipient 5.
  • Sur la partie supérieure du col 4 du récipient 5 est fixé, par un procédé de soudure par conduction, un opercule 6 qui a été fixé au préalable avant l'apposition du bouchon 1.
  • Le col 4 du récipient 5 présente également un pas de vis externe 7 destiné à coopérer avec un pas de vis interne 8, ménagé à l'intérieur de la partie cylindrique 9 du bouchon 1.
  • D'autre part, la partie cylindrique 9 du bouchon 1 présente une bague de sécurité ou bague déchirable 10, munie d'une languette d'arrachage 11. Tant que la bague 10 n'a pas été arrachée, le bouchon 1 ne peut pas être enfoncé dans l'opercule 10.
  • La caractéristique essentielle du bouchon d'obturation selon l'invention est la présence, sur la face interne du bouchon 1, d'une lame spiralée 12. Cette lame spiralée 12 présente la caractéristique d'avoir son extrémité dite "arrière" 12' légèrement recourbée vers l'intérieur de la spirale.
  • Ceci signifie que lorsque le bouchon 1 est vissé sur le col 4 du récipient 5 en faisant coopérer les pas de vis 7 et 8, la lame spiralée 12 est enfoncée dans l'opercule 6 et découpe dans celle-ci une entaille qui a une forme telle que l'utilisateur peut agripper cet opercule et l'arracher complètement. Ceci est rendu d'autant plus aisé que la partie recourbée 12' de la lame spiralée 12 a relevée légèrement l'opercule vers le haut. Après dévissage du bouchon, l'utilisateur saisit aisément cette partie relevée de l'opercule et peut l'arracher entièrement.
  • On sait en effet que les opercules qui obturent des bouteilles ou des récipients sont fréquemment entaillés au couteau et l'utilisateur a alors bien du mal à agripper une partie de l'opercule par l'arracher complètement, tandis qu'à l'aide du bouchon selon l'invention, muni de sa lame spiralée, cette opération d'arrachage est considérablement facilitée.
  • Les pas de vis utilisé est, de toute évi dence, un pas rapide qui ne tolère pas un rotation sur 360° du bouchon, Dans ce cas, l'opercule se trouverait complètement découpé, ce qui n'est pas le but de l'invention.

Claims (3)

1. Bouchon d'obturation (1) par vissage pour un récipient (5) dont le col (4) est muni d'un opercule (6) déchirable, présentant intérieurement une lame spiralée (12) qui, lorsque le bouchon est vissé sur le col (4) du récipient, pénètre dans l'opercule (6) précité et découpe une partie de celui-ci, caractérisé en ce que la lame (12) présente une extrémité dite "arrière" (12'), en considérant le sens de rotation de la lame (12), qui est recourbée vers l'intérieur de la lame spiralée pour soulever l'opercule (6).
2. Bouchon d'obturation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte à sa base, une bague déchirable (10) prenant appui sur le récipient (5) et empêchant le vissage intempestif du bouchon tant que la lame spiralée précitée (12) n'a pas pénétré dans l'opercule précité (6).
3. Bouchon d'obturation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le bouchon et l'extrémité libre du col (4) du récipient (5) présente des saillies de clipsage.
