Claims (4)

1. Automatisches Werkzeug zum Festziehen und Lösen einer Schraube oder einer Mutter (1) einer Flanschverbindung (2, 3) zwischen zwei Rohren (4, 5), mit einem Schlüssel (17), der auf den Kopf der Schraube oder der Mutter aufgesetzt werden kann und der durch einen Motor (19) in Drehung versetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- daß der Motor (19) auf einem halbringförmigen Trägergerüst (13) montiert ist, das an den Durchmesser der Rohre (4, 5) angepaßt ist,
- und daß das Werkzeug folgende Komponenten aufweist:
- eine kreisförmige, um eines der Rohre (4) unter Belassung eines vorbestimmten Abstandes von den Flanschen (2, 3) befestigte Schiene (8),
- zwei zur Führung durch die Schiene (8) geeignete Räder (9, 10), die in Richtung der Achse (6) der Rohre beweglich an einem Chassis (24) befestigt sind, das auf dem Gerüst (13) gelenkig gelagert ist,
- ein drittes Rad (11), das zur Führung durch die Schiene (8) geeignet und in Richtung der Achse (6) der Rohre auf dem Gerüst (13) beweglich montiert ist, wobei die drei Räder gegen die Schiene in regelmäßigen Winkelabständen andrücken, wenn sich das Chassis (24) in Betriebsstellung befindet, während eines der Räder (10) von der Schiene abhebt, wenn das Chassis durch Bewegen um seine Gelenkachse (12) weggeschwenkt wird,
- Mittel (15, 20) pneumatischer, hydraulischer oder elektromechanischer Art zur translatorischen Verschiebung des Trägergerüsts (13) in bezug auf die Räder, und zwar parallel zur Achse (6) der Rohre,
- einen auf dem Gerüst gelenkig gelagerten halbringförmigen Hebel (21), dessen Gelenkachse mit der Drehachse (18) des Schlüssels übereinstimmt, wobei ein Hebelende an einen pneumatischen Kolbentrieb (22) angekuppelt ist, der am Gerüst (13) in einem dem Schlüssel in bezug auf die Rohrachse (6) diametral gegenüberliegenden Bereich befestigt ist, und wobei der Hebel (21) drehbeweglich mit dem Schlüssel über umkehrbare, rücklaufgesperrte Klinkeneinrastsysteme (23) gekoppelt ist.
2. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dritte Rad (11) von einem Motor (14) angetrieben wird, der es ermöglicht, das Werkzeug um die Achse (6) der Rohre zu drehen.
3. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Mikrokontakte aufweist, die dazu dienen, die Position der Schrauben (1) oder Muttern zur Steuerung des Antriebsmotors (14) des dritten Rads (11) zu erfassen.
4. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mikrokontakte vorhanden sind, die dazu dienen, die pneumatischen Mittel (15, 20) in Abhängigkeit von der Entfernung zwischen dem Trägergerüst (13) und den Flanschen (2, 3) zu steuern.
