Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kabelstrang gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a cable harness according to the preamble of the main claim.
Derartige Maschinen, insbesondere Tauch- oder Unterwassermotorpumpen, werden üblicherweise mittels Hebe- u. Absenkmittel in einen Brunnenschacht abgesenkt und dort installiert. Die für die elektrischen Antriebsmotoren notwendigen Versorgungsleitungen sind im allgemeinen wasserdicht in dem Motor bzw. dessen Anschlußkasten eingeführt und müssen während des Absenkvorganges ebenfalls in den Brunnenschacht hinabgelassen werden. Aufgrund der Vielzahl der unterschiedlichen Antriebsmotoren sind auch demzufolge entsprechend unterschiedliche Anschlußkabel in Gebrauch. Für die jenigen Motoren, bzw. die davon angetriebenen Maschinen, die mit einer sogenannten Überwachungseinrichtung versehen sind, werden zusätzlich Steuerleitungen installiert, die mit oberirdisch angebrachten Schalt- und Überwachungsorganen verbunden sind. Da diese Steuerleitungen im Gegensatz zu den elektrischen Anschlußkabeln sehr empfindlich sind, muß sichergestellt sein, daß während der gesamten Betriebsdauer ein zuverlässiger Schutz dieser Kabel sichergestellt ist. Der Befestigung dienende Schellen oder dgl. haben sich als negativ herausgestellt, weil diese das Isolationsmaterial der Kabel einschnüren und an diesen Stellen eine übermäßige Materialermüdung erfolgt, so daß nach einer gewissen Zeit Undichtigkeiten bzw. Scheuerstellen auftreten. Weiterhin kann bei großen Einbautiefen das Eigengewicht der Kabel zu groß werden und in ungünstigen Fällen sich die Isolation von dem stromführenden Leiter lösen und zerreißen. Gemeinsames Umwickeln der Kabel mittels geeigneter Materialien bzw. Bündein mittels gummigefütterter Schellen oder auch das Führen der Kabel in separaten Rohren haben sich im Laufe der Zeit als wenig zweckmäßig erwiesen.Such machines, especially submersible or submersible pumps, are usually by means of lifting u. Das Hohlprofil umhüllt diese Teile vollständig und weist zu deren Aufnahme Längsschlitze auf. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Hauptanspruches. Hierbei wird die abzusenkende Maschine mit einem fest daran angebrachten Seil versehen, welches ständig mit dem Aggregat verbunden bleibt und nach dem Absenken des Aggregates im Öffnungsbereich des Brunnenschachtes zugänglich aufgehängt wird. Über dieses Seil wird der elastische Strang geschoben oder gedrückt. Der oder die innerhalb des Stranges verbleibenden Hohlräume nehmen die empfindlichen Steuerkabel bzw. Sensorleitungen auf und die eigentlichen Stromversorgungskabel werden außen an den Strang angelegt und mittels einer an sich bekannten Bandage zu einem einheitlichen Ganzen vereinigt. Dadurch wird in einfacher Weise ein zuverlässiger Schutz gewährleistet. Das Anordnen der empfindlichen Steuerleitungen innerhalb des Stranges schützt diese in ausreichendem Maß gegen jegliche Beschädigungen sowie andere äußeren Einflüsse. Die Integration des die Maschine absenkenden Stahlseiles in den Kabelstrang sowie innerhalb des Strangprofiles ergibt ein gegen jegliche Axialbelastungen unempfindliches Gebilde und verhindert gegenseitige Beschädigungen.This object is achieved in accordance with the characterizing part of the main claim. Eine Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, daß einer oder mehrere der Hohlräume durch einen im Strang angebrachten, an sich bekannten Längsschlitz von außen zugänglich sind. Somit kann der elastische Strang als Meterware mit der Maschine mitgeliefert werden und entweder vorher oder während des Absenkvorganges über das an der Maschine angebrachte Hebe- u. Absenkmittel, welches ein Seil oder eine Kette sein kann, gedrückt. Die Fig. 1 zeigt einen Kabelstrang, bei dem das mit der abzusenkenden Maschine verbundene Hebe- und Absenkmittel, hier ein Stahlseil, von einem elastischen profilierten Strang (2) umgeben ist. Da der Strang (2) mit Längsschlitzen (3) versehen ist, läßt er sich in einfacher Weise über die Hebe- und Absenkmittel (1) drücken, bzw. läßt sich ein mit verschiedenen Leitungen versehenes Steuerkabel (4) in den Strang hineindrücken. Vier weitere, die Stromversorgung sichernde Anschlußkabel (5) liegen an der Außenkontur des Stranges (2) in Ausnehmungen (6). Eine den Zusammenhalt bewirkende Bandage (7) preßt die Teile zusammen und bewirkt einen sicheren Zusammenhalt der Einzelteile. Infolge der Anordnung des Steuerkabels (4) innerhalb des Stranges (2) ist dieses in zuverlässiger Weise gegen Beschädigungen bzw. äußere Einflüsse geschützt.Fig. 1 shows a cable harness in which the lifting and lowering means connected to the machine to be lowered, here a steel cable, is surrounded by an elastic profiled strand (2). Auch hierbei bedingt eine Bandage (7) den sicheren Zusammenhalt. Die Bandage (7) kann dabei aus den bekannten Materialien bestehen, die einen sicheren Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit und dergleichen gewährleisten.Fig. 2 differs from Fig. 1 in that only a single connection cable (5) is attached outside the strand (2), within which the individual lines are housed. Claims (3)
- A cable system, connected with an electrically driven pump device able to be submerged below the surface of a liquid, said connection cable (5) and a control being combined together as a multi-element cable, characterized in that:- in that an elastic strand (2) comprises two or more cavities,- in that the outer side of the strand (2) is provided with one or more deepened recesses (6),- in that a lifting and lowering means (1) continuously connected with the pump device is arranged in one of the cavities,- in that one or more of the other cavities accommodate control cables (4) connected with the pump device,- in that on the outer side of the elastic strand (2) one or more electrical connection cables (5) is able to be placed and secured in the recess or recesses (6), and- in that a gaiter (7) retains the connection cable (5) able to be arranged on the strand (2).
- The cable system as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that one or more cavities are accessible from the outside through a longitudinal slot (3) provided in the strand (2).
- The cable system as claimed in claim 1 and in claim 2, characterized in that the strand (2) is manufactured in a plurality of parts.
