Abstract

Das Speicherrohr l dient u.a. als Strebe innerhalb des Webmaschinengestells, als Träger für Elemente zur Stützung 9l bzw. Abführung 92 des Gewebes 9, zur Speicherung von beispielsweise Druckluft in seinem Inneren und schliess­ lich zur Aufnahme von Ventilen 2, welche die Druckluft über Schlauchleitungen 5l,52 und 53 zur Weblade 3 lei­ten. Die Weblade 3 umfasst die Ladenwell 3l, das Laden­profil 32 und das Riet 33 sowie die Hilfsdüsen 35, welche mit den Hilfsdüsenhaltern 34 am Ladenprofil 32 angeschraubt sind. Das Riet 33 bildet einen Schusskanal 40 für den Schussfaden 4, der zwischen den Kettfäden 7,8 durch Blasluft aus den Hilfsdüsen 35 unterstützt eingetragen wird. Die Druckluft strömt aus den Hilfsdüsen 35 nach einem Programm, weshalb sich zur Betätigung der Ventile 2 besonders Elektromagneten eignen. Die Ventile 2 sind ebenso wie die Hilfsdüsen 35 über die ganze Webbreite verteilt angeordnet. Die Ventile werden durch Tragele­mente ll,llʹ am Speicherrohr befestigt. Das Tragelement ll,llʹ ist ein zylindrischer bolzen, der im oberen Teil des Ventils 2 eingeschraubt ist, wie aus Fig. 2 ersicht­lich ist. An beiden Enden hat das Tragelelment ll,llʹ je einen Bund lll,ll2ʹ bzw. lllʹ, ll2ʹ zur Zentrierung im Speicherrohr l. Das Tragelement ll,llʹ wird mittels einer Schraube l5,l5ʹ fixiert, welche oben im Tragelement ll,llʹ eingeschraubt ist. Der Kopf der Schraube l5,l5ʹ stützt sich dabei über eine Unterlagscheibe l6,l6ʹ auf dem Speicherrohr ab. Zur Abdichtung zwischen Tragelement ll,llʹ und Speicherrohr l sind im unteren Bund ll2,ll2ʹ und im oberen Bund l5l der Schraube l5 bzw. im Bund lllʹ des Tragelements llʹ Dichtungen 6l,62 eingesetzt. Nach Anziehen der Schraube l5,l5ʹ ist das Tragelement ll,llʹ entsprechend der Schraubenkraft vorgespannt. Auf der der Schraube l5 bzw. l5ʹ gegenüberliegenden Seite des Trag­elementes ll,llʹ stützt sich das Ventil 2 über den oberen Rand 20 am äusseren Umfang des Speicherrohrs ab. Im un­teren Teil weist das Tragelement ll,llʹ eine Durch­trittsöffnung l2,l2ʹ,l3ʹ auf. Der Eintritt in die Durch­ trittsöffnung l2,l2ʹ liegt etwa vom inneren Umfang des Speicherrohrs l entfernt, damit Schmutzablagerungen auf dem Boden des Speicherrohrs l nicht in die Durchtritts­öffnung l2,l2ʹ gelangen können.
