Abstract

1. A polyphase high tension isolating switch, comprising for each phase a movable contact bank (15, 16, 17), which is always in engagement with a first, stationary contact blade (139, 140, 141) and by pivoting can be brought into and out of engagement with a second stationary contact blade (45, 46, 47), each contact bank (15, 16, 17) comprising a plurality of contact fingers (27, 28), which are arranged opposite one another in pairs, which extend transversely to the pivot axis (26) and which are resiliently prestressed relative to one another, and each contact bank (15, 16, 17) being held in a through aperture (18, 19, 20) in a common mounting body (21), which is pivotable about the pivot axis (26), and the inner ends (37, 38) of the contact fingers (27, 28) extending in the associated aperture (18, 19, 20) into the region of the pivot axis (26) and contacting here the first contact blade (139, 140, 141) on both sides, whereas the outer ends (39, 40) of the contact fingers (27, 28) project beyond the outer end of the associated aperture (18, 19, 20), characterised in that at least the outer ends (39, 40) of the contact fingers (27, 28) of each pair are arranged at a different distance from the pivot axis (26) in each case.

Description

The present invention relates to a multi-phase high-voltage disconnector according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a circuit breaker is known for example from DE-OS 33 36 770. In the known disconnector, the contact fingers of each of the movable contact sets are arranged in layers in two packages, the one package comprising the one and the other package the other contact fingers of each pair. Each package has - seen in the direction of the pivot axis of the carrier body - an essentially rectangular outline, the shorter sides of which are formed by the inner or the outer ends of the contact fingers. The pivot axis of the carrier body and consequently the movable contact sets intersect the shorter side of the rectangular packages, which are formed by the inner ends of the contact fingers, at a right angle. It follows from this that both the inner and the outer ends of the contact fingers perform an arc-shaped path with the same radius in pairs in the course of a switching stroke. However, this also means that the grinding marks on the contact blades, which are inevitable and caused by repeated switching strokes, are always "traversed" by the ends of two contact fingers of one and the same package - at least over part of their length, which is comparatively few on the contact blades the more pronounced signs of wear and thus leads to more frequent maintenance work.

However, it is not only the contact blades of the known disconnector that are subject to wear, but also the ends of the contact fingers that wear out more at their contact points (ends) when they follow "extended tracks" on the contact blades.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a multi-phase high-voltage disconnector of the type mentioned at the beginning in which wear caused by normal operation can be reduced to a minimum.

For this purpose, the proposed disconnector has the features specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

The isolating switch is designed particularly advantageously, because then all contact fingers can be produced, for example, with one and the same punching tool.

In the preferred embodiment of claim 3, not only does each end of the contact fingers produce its "own" grinding track, but these grinding tracks are also of substantially the same length on the second contact knife.

Further measures that contribute to reducing less serious signs of wear on the contact blades and / or the ends of the contact fingers are defined in the remaining, dependent claims.

The isolating switch 10 shown is part of a gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear housed in a metal encapsulation 11. Arranged in the metal encapsulation II are three tubular busbars 12, 13 and 14, which in FIG. 1 run at right angles to the plane of the drawing.

The isolating switch l0 has three movable contact sets l5, l6 and l7, which are designed identically to one another. Each of the contact sets l5, l6 and l7 is held in a continuous recess l8, l9 and 20 in a common carrier body 2l made of an insulating material in a manner to be described.

On one end, the carrier body 2l has a stub shaft 22 which is rotatably mounted in a bearing insert 23 fastened in the metal encapsulation ll. At the other end, the carrier body 2l ends in a drive shaft 24, which is brought out gas-tight from the metal encapsulation 11 through a bushing 25 and is coupled there to a rotary drive, not shown. The rotation or pivot axis 26 of the carrier body 2l is indicated in FIG. 1 with a dash-dotted line and in FIG. 2 with a point.

It can be seen from FIG. 1 that the support body 2l is cranked in the manner of a crankshaft in the region of the recesses 18-20.

Each of the contact sets l5-l7 has a number of essentially E-shaped contact fingers 27, 28, which are arranged in pairs and with their laterally projecting legs facing each other and are biased towards each other by means of a leaf spring 29. The contact fingers 27 and 28 are each stacked on top of one another to form a more or less compact package. The two packages are held together by two brackets 30, 3l screwed together with bolts 29 '(FIG. 2), which hold the middle, laterally projecting legs of the contact fingers 27, 28 between them. Over the packages of contact fingers 27, 28 protruding ends of the stirrups 30, 3l are kinked, so that these stirrups, as seen in FIG. 2, have the shape of an elongated S. Between these bent ends of the brackets 30, 3l, with a little play, a molded-on projection 32, 33 extends from the inner wall of the recesses l8, l9, 20, these two projections only for the recess l8 in FIG. 2 are shown. In this context, reference should also be made to FIG. 3. The packs of the contact fingers 27 and 28 (if the play between the ends of the brackets 30, 3l and the projections 32, 33 are not taken into account) are thus positively coupled to the carrier body 2l both in the radial direction and in the direction of rotation. The leaf springs 29 are supported on the inner wall of a square tube stub 34, which in each case encloses one of the contact sets l5, l6, l7. In this pipe stub there are recesses 35, 36 (dashed lines in FIG. 1) for the passage of the bent ends of the brackets 30, 3l.

Die in Fig. l unten erscheinenden, seitlich abstehenden Schenkel der Kontaktfinger 27, 28 bilden deren innere Enden 37, 38, während die in Fig. l oben erscheinenden, seitlich abstehenden Schenkel deren äussere Enden 39, 40 bilden. The laterally projecting legs of the contact fingers 27, 28 appearing at the bottom in FIG. 1 form their inner ends 37, 38, while the laterally projecting legs appearing at the top in FIG. 1 form their outer ends 39, 40.

The inner ends 37, 38 of the contact fingers 27, 28 of each of the contact sets l5, l6 and l7 are in constant engagement with one and the other flat side of a first fixed contact knife l39, l40 or l4l. Each of these contact blades is led out of the encapsulation 11 via an insulating bushing 42, 43 or 44 and is galvanically there, for example with a cable outlet (not shown) connected. The outer ends 39, 40 of the contact fingers 27, 28 of each of the contact sets l5, l6 and l7 are in the position shown in FIG. 1 and extended in FIG. 2 in engagement with a second contact knife 45, 46 and 47, each of which Contact knife starts from one of the busbars l2, l3 or l4 and is welded to this, for example. The contact blades 45 - 47 are parallel to one another and extend in the direction of the contact sets 15 - 17, the free contours (in FIG. 1) being congruent.

Returning to the contact sets l5 - l7, it can be seen in particular in FIG. 2 that because of the unequal distances of the projections 32 and 33 from the pivot axis 26 and because of the obliquely angular course of the brackets 30 and 3l given by the bent ends with respect to the longitudinal extent of the Contact fingers 27, 28, the outer ends 39, 40 of which give the packages of these contact fingers a "stair-like configuration". In other words, this means that the outer ends 39, 40 of the contact fingers 27, 28 have a different distance from the pivot axis 26 in pairs. Each of these outer ends 39, 40 thus leaves its "own" grinding track on the corresponding flat side of the contact knives 45, 46 and 47, respectively, when the relevant contact set moves from the "ON" position shown in full line in FIG. 2 to the dash-dotted line and is turned with l5 'designated "OFF" position.

It can also be seen from FIG. 2 that the contact knife 45 (and also the contact knives 46 and 47) has a penetration edge 45 'which is bevelled in a knife-like manner but with a blunt edge. This penetration edge 45 'runs in essence Chen parallel to the "step-like configuration" of the outer ends 39, 40 of the contact fingers 27, 28 when they are in engagement with the contact knife in question. The consequence of this shape of the penetrating edge 45 'is that each outer end 39, 40 on the corresponding flat side of the contact blades 45-47 not only leaves its "own" grinding track, but that all of these grinding tracks are also essentially of the same length. The consequence of this is also that the outer ends 39, 40 of all contact fingers 27, 28 leave the associated contact blade 45 - 47 essentially simultaneously during a switch-off stroke and that the wear on these ends is practically uniform.

Dies ist eine weitere Massnahme, um die durch Abrieb verursachte Abnützung der äusseren Enden 39, 40 zu verringern.FIG. 2 also shows that the carrier body 2l and thus the contact sets l5-l7 can be rotated further clockwise from the "OFF" position denoted by l5 'in FIG. 2 until the outer ends 39, 40 the contact fingers 27, 28 come into engagement with a third, stationary and grounded contact knife 48, which position is indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 2 and is designated by l5 " the outer ends 39, 40 of the contact fingers 27, 28 are pushed apart when they are about to come into engagement with the contact knife 48. However, this penetration edge 48 'is directed radially with respect to the pivot axis 26, so that during a switching stroke into the grounded position 25 "the outer ends 39, 40 are pushed apart one after the other. At the penetrating edge 48 'on the contact knife 48 is a bead 49 extending at right angles to this (see also FIG. 4), which the outer Ends 39, 40 are pushed further apart so that they come out of engagement with the flat sides of the contact blade 48 adjoining the bead 49. In the earthed switching position, the contact knife 48 is in contact via its bulge 49 with the "shafts" of the contact fingers 47 and 48 which adjoin the outer ends 39, 40. This is a further measure to reduce the wear of the outer ends 39, 40 caused by abrasion.

On the contact blades l39, l40 and l4l, the inner ends 37 and 38 of the contact fingers 27, 28 each describe a circular arc as they are pivoted about the pivot axis 26, with each circular side of the contact blades l39 - l4l having the same radius and the same length in pairs exhibit. The grinding marks created by this do not overlap.

However, in order to reduce the wear on the inner ends 37, 38 of the contact fingers 27, 28, the contact blades 139 - 14l are preferably designed as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. 5 shows the contact fingers 27, 28 in their "ON" position (extended) and in their grounded position, designated by l5 "and shown in dash-dot lines. The inner ends 37, 38 of the contact fingers likewise form a step-like configuration Both flat sides of the knife contacts l39-l4l have flat elevations 50, 5l which are delimited by inclined ramps and which intersect and whose course corresponds to the step-like configuration of the inner ends 37, 38 of the switching fingers 27, 28 in the two switching positions mentioned Position l5 'therefore only the minor number of inner ends 37, 38 of the contact fingers exert a contact pressure, namely the inner ends closest to the pivot axis 26, while the other inner ends 37, 38 so to speak without pressure on the flat sides of the first contact knife l39 or l40, l4l rest. 5, the contact point of each of the inner ends 37, 38 with the associated contact knife l39-l4l is indicated with a small circle, this circle in no way representing a depression or an elevation.

It has already been mentioned that the contact sets l5, l6, l7 are positively connected both in the radial direction and in the direction of rotation, but are coupled to the carrier body 2l with some play. This game serves to compensate for slight misalignments between the contact blades 45-47 and the contact blades l39-l4l and the contact blades 48.
