Dieser Vorratsbehälter 32 steht über eine das Behandlungsmittel transportierende Leitung 33 mit dem Hohlraum 34 der Lanze 5 in Verbindung, wobei eine Ankuppelvorrichtung 35 zur automatischen Verbindung dieser Leitung 33 mit dem Hohlraum 34 der Lanze vorhanden ist. Diese Ankuppelvorrichtung 35 ist von einem winkelförmigen Rohrstück 36 gebildet, welches mittels eines Druckmittelzylinders 37 heb- und senkbar ist. Ein Ende des winkelförmigen Rohrstückes 36 steht mit der flexiblen Leitung 33 in Verbindung. Claims (2)

Ladle stand for treating molten metal, in particular for desulfurising steel melt, comprising a vertically liftable and lowerable lance carrying car (20) arranged above a ladle (2) placed in the treatment position, on which car a reservoir (32) for a treating agent, in particular a desulfurising agent, is arranged and adapted to communicate with a cavity (34) of the lance (5), the lance carrying car (20) being movable to a lance exchange station (6) provided laterally of the deposited ladle (2), characterised in that a stationary vertical rail guide (12, 13) for the lance carrying car (20) is each provided above the ladle (2) placed in the treatment position and above the lance exchange station (6), and a transport carriage (16) to receive the lance carrying car (20) is displaceable between the upper ends of the two rail guides (12, 13), the lance carrying car (20) being equipped with a lance manipulator (24) holding and releasing a lance (5), which lance manipulator is movable from an operation position (D) into a lance exchange position (C) laterally beside the operation position (D) so as to cantilever from the lance carrying car (20), and back, and being provided with a coupling means (35) arranged above the operation position (D) of the lance manipulator (24) and operable by an actuation unit (37) to provide for communication of the reservoir (32) with the cavity (34) of the lance.

Ladle stand according to claim 1, characterised in that the lance manipulator is formed by a car (24) horizontally displaceably mounted in the lance carrier, which car is operable by an actuation means (23), to which grip pliers (2) which are operable by a further actuation means (29) are fastened.
