Claims (4)

1. Mit einer Hand bedienbare hydraulisch angetriebene Biegevorrichtung für Rohre, deren Haltestange (1) für die Matrize durch die Wirkung einer Flüssigkeit (01) bewegt wird, die durch eine hydraulische Pumpe (23, 25, 28, 29) verdrängt wird, die mit der Vorrichtung ein Ganzes bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hydraulische Pumpe, deren Längsachse parallel zum festen Teil (7) eines Handgriffes verläuft, an diesem Teil auf der gleichen Seite wie die Matrize und Patrize angeordnet ist, daß der Behälter (11) für die Flüssigkeit (ÖI) im Arm (14) oder der Platte ausgebildet ist, an dem der Halter (15) für die Patrize angeordnet ist, wobei eine der Wände dieses Behälters, vorzugsweise der Boden, ähnlich einem elastischen oder elastisch verformbaren Balg oder einer Membran (12) dichtend verformbar ist, daß die Pumpe, die Leitungen, der Behälter und die Kammer, in der die Haltestange für die Matrize gleitet, einen geschlossenen Kreislauf bilden, und daß die Flüssigkeit (Öl) von der Pumpe zum Kopf (3) der Haltestange der Matrize über eine Leitung gelangt, die im festen Teil des Handgriffes (7) angeordnet und durch ein rohrförmiges Element (6) gebildet wird, das auch den äußeren Teil des Handgriffes (7) bildet und konzentrisch zum Zylinder (5) verläuft, in dem die Haltestange (1) für die Matrize gleitet, wobei dieses rohrförmige Element (6) dicht am Konstruktionskörper (10) verankert und an der Rückseite durch eine am rohrförmigen Element (6) dicht befestigte Verschlußhülse oder Kappe (8) verschlossen ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe mittels eines hebelartigen beweglichen Teiles (31) des Handgriffes betätigbar ist, wobei dieser hebelähnliche Teil unter dem festen Teil (7) des Handgriffes angeordnet und sowohl der feste als auch der bewegliche Teil innerhalb des Bereiches einer einzigen Hand liegen und die Stellung des hebelähnlichen Teiles relativ zum festen Teil mittels eines Drückers (33), ähnlich einer Schraube, einstellbar ist, der gegen den Konstruktionskörper (10) drückt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (12) oder der Balg, die bzw. der elastisch verformbar ist und die bewegliche Wand bildet sowie den Behälter verschließt, von dem eine Wand in Verbindung mit der Außenluft steht, im Behälter angeordnet ist und einen Schutz für den Behälter bildet, wobei der offene Boden dieses Balges durch ein weiteres Schutzelement (13) ähnlich einer Abdeckscheibe geschlossen ist und in dieser Abdeckscheibe mindestens eine Öffnung (34) ähnlich einer Durchgangsbohrung vorgesehen ist, die die Membran mit der Außenluft verbindet.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (15) für die Patrize (16) mittig mit mindestens einer Verlängerung (18) versehen ist, die in einem entsprechenden Lager angeordnet ist, das quer im Arm oder der Platte, an dem der Halter angebracht ist, verläuft, wobei der Halter gegen Verdrehung und Verschiebung durch geeignete Verriegelungsorgane, wie eine Schulter (20) und eine Gegenschulter sowie eine Arretierung (19) mit einer elastisch gelagerten Kugel, verriegelt ist.
